Order not fulfilled, requests to cancel being ignored
I placed an international order on September 12th - 2 weeks ago. On Mon Sept 21st, I asked for the order to be canceled. First I called and they told me they couldn't help me with an international order. So I sent the request on the website, as well as to both the support and global email addresses. The support email address responded telling me the global team has to respond. It is September 26th, and still no response. My order has not been fulfilled, nor has it been canceled. Meanwhile, they have held my money for 2 weeks.

I have an e-mail thread and screenshots to document this; I tried to capitalize on a (Labor Day?) special that Vegamour had. For whatever reason, their system errantly flagged my order as fraudulent/suspected fraudulent, and, thus, cancelled my order. When I e-mailed their “support,” they were unwilling or unable to place a new order for me, of the same items that I originally wanted, at the original price that I would have gotten, if not for THEIR ERROR. B.S.. I have proof that this company sucks.

I'm a hairdresser with 43 years' experience. I've come across and used many good and great products for various hair concerns. My daughter introduced me to Vegamour gummies with biotin. To be clear, in my experience, biotin is great for making hair grow quickly; but these gummies have miraculously worked to fill in my front hairline AND create a strong and vibrant, shiny texture to my Mediterranean hair.
