I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered my car mat, to be honest, but how wrong was I! From order to delivery was one week to Northern Ireland, including production and Royal Mail 48 service. Brilliant! The quality of the mat is fantastic and the fit is perfect! It fits edge-to-edge and is finished very well with a light grey trim. The mat has a rubberised gritty texture to the back so it doesn’t slip about and grips to the boot carpeting beneath. Based on my experience I highly recommend Vehicle MatsUK and have already placed another order for a family member who was equally impressed with the mat. Excellent service all round!

5* Company and their customer service. Things happen, so when I emailed them of damage to a car mat possibly due to transit/delivery, the company quickly responded, apologised and sent a replacement. Superstar, trustworthy and how businesses ought to be, something that is rare to find these days. Well done, keep it up!

Wow! Fantastic service and a fantastic product! Top quality mats at a fraction of the cost of the original car manufacturer's. These mats fit absolutely perfectly - and even match the original carpet colour exactly.

Really happy with my order. Came when it said it would. Quality great. The mat has a strong Plastic smell initially due to the material (I ordered a boot protector mat) but within 2 days it has gone. I ordered some custom made mats for my new car choosing from a wide range of options.
The website is super easy to navigate & there’s everything you could possibly need. The information on make & model is great making it impossible (in my opinion) to go wrong.
My car mats arrived quickly & I had email updates regularly.

An absolutely incredible service! I needed mats for my 2016 Ford Galaxy, and they had a 6 piece set, which is hard to find from other places where they only do 4 pieces. I also needed mats for my Mercedes B Class 2014. I can wholeheartedly say that they are excellent quality - I went for the Velour ones, which is a nice step up.

I did have an issue with my driver side mat not fitting correctly due to the clip positioning. After a few emails (and they replied within an hour every time), they sent me out a new mat with a different template, and said to use the current one until this one arrives.

Excellent services, and excellent delivery times too.

Fast delivery and good quality of te goods..

This transaction turned out to be a little less than straight forwards hence the mid score However these guys really tried hard to get things just right. For that they deserve top marks. If you need mats buy from these folk. They will bust a gut to get things right and treat you right in the process.
