VRG are appointed to assist Customers who are in need of Vehicle Hire and Repair services or require a like for like replacement vehicle as a result of Insurance claim. Subject to Public Holidays we are open Monday to Friday from 8.30 until 6.00pm and 9.00 until 12.00 on Saturdays. after a no fault accident my wife had cause to receive a courtesy card, these guys couldnt have been more helpful from the get go, then after our car was repaired we received a message advising the car woudl be collected at xx. i then needed otringthem as iw asnt sure about who to ring as my wofes car although it was fixed had a couple of issues so a quick call & i spoke with Kerry who informed me of who the other Co was & got through to them explained the situation & the hire was extended kerry did it all for me so above & beyond by my reckoning a great help so Thank You

This company is an absolute nightmare, they do not give a dame about letting you down and give you a load of waffle. DO NOT USE THEM. How Admiral Insurance or any other insurance company use them is beyond me. I would not have given them one star but had to, to write my review.

Very mixed feelings..
Very mixed feelings... Non fault accident, which didn't look very serious, they collected my car with intention to be fixed, gave me a hire car (fiat 500 for VW polo, not a great replacement) after 10 days emailed me with a total loss proposal and deadline for providing all the information, without even explaining why the repair cannot be completed. Then it took them another week to pay out outstanding money for salvage, even though the hire vehicle has already been cancelled. Mixed communications in emails, it seems like there is one big email box in VRG and random messages are answered by people who don't really seem to be taking much responsibility over what they say over email because they know there will be no consequences for them or they won't even be identified. It doesn't seem like a very good system considering you're mostly dealing with people who are victims of accidents caused by your customers (I presume) and expect at least a little bit of understanding of their frustration. So overall, from the day of accident to the day I got all the payout money it was exactly a month - I guess in the car insurance industry that's not a long time, shame I had to chase it quite a few times. On the plus side, every person I spoke to on the phone was polite and trying to provide support. I have learned many lessons from this experience, next time (although hopefully there won't be a next time) I'll just hire another company to deal with the other drivers insurance company/support company. So thank you VRG, but hopefully never again.

The delivery and hand-off of my vehicle was done smoothly by Ali, he called me 30 minutes prior to inform me of his arrival. The paperwork was completed and process was explained within a few minutes.
Disgustingly Poor Service
This company should have no stars as an option. disgustingly poor service and even worse communication. The accident happened on the 7th Sept 23 and here we are on the 27th Nov 23 with the car still not having been fixed and no clue as to when it might be fixed. last communication from this company was 17th Oct 23. We could understand if the accident was our fault but it wasn't and now we have to wait for companies that we don't want to use to deal with a problem not of our making. Avoid this company at all costs

I would give 0 stars if I could this is a ridiculously poor company.
In short they sent me 2 vehicles after someone wrote my parked car off, I rang them asked them which car I need to send back, they told me which one to send one back and now 4 months later they have tried to invoice me over £2k for the vehicles hire that they told me to keep!!!
They aren’t open to discuss these matters outside of 9-5 which most people like myself work, I never leave reviews but this has infuriated me.

DO not use this company
I agree with the other person on here Henry - he said he was accused of damaging the car and charged and so was I. I kept sending the paperwork back, as my car (mustang Mache-E) was hit by a client of Zurich Car insurance. They asked Europcar to hire me a replacement vehicle and they outsourced to Vehicle Replacement Group. They sent me a Tesla. I have a 50 mile round trip as a single mum in Norfolk to my kid's School. The crap Tesla BROKE DOWn it went all heavy and was so dangerous, I managed to steer to safety and I got my dog out of the car .Thank goodness as then the rust bucket LOCKED Me OUT in a SNOW BLIZZARD ! I had to get friends to pick my child up from school who still suffers anxiety at having to stay overnight (I'm very grateful to them). I had to call a tow truck, phone was running out and Zurich and tow truck expected me to stay IN A SNOW blizzard AND WAIT 5 HOURS FOR A TRUCK ! Luckily a friend picked me up . I finally got the car back and they got me in the next day (no explanation as to why it stopped working, why I couldn't get in and no apology for distress caused). I finally got my car back, dropped off the rust-bucket and carried on with my life. Imagine my SHOCK when I started receiving letters for VRP saying I had damaged the car! And that I was liable for £1700 damage!! I told them to go to Zurich ( I didn't know at the time that they had been hired by Europcar), it kept coming back to me, then a solicitor, told them the same, then the COURT appealed and told them the same, I was ruled out ?! Literally so helpless no one was helping me, this is all so unfair and stressful and like the twilight zone -then it got worse.. then a BAILIFF CAME TO MY HOME LAST WEEk and filmed me in my HOME in my dressing gown! I'm now terrified to be at home, I'm a single mum and all because someone hit MY car and I was so agreeable about it. I took hours and days out of my time to drive my car to be fixed and then this happened. They owe ME money and yet I'm having to pay?? No one is helping me. Zurich and Europcar say it's my problem and I must pay. do not use ANY of these companies
