I like that the chat button is always available on the infographic, so assistance is always available. And when asking for help, the response was immediate and although the chat was a bot, the agent who corresponded through email was real. Thank you for addressing me by my name and having a quick resolution so that I can continue on my project with the upgraded editor.

The site is excellent for building professional infographics with visual appeal. Additionally, Venngage was very helpful in closing the account with no hassle. I regret having to close the account. However, I didn't have as much time to design infographics, so I had to cancel my subscription. I believe the subscription is a good investment for small companies and educators without a lot of design experience and related software for design.

I recently used Venngage for designing a professional brochure, and I was thoroughly impressed by the platform's user-friendly interface and wide range of customizable templates. The design process was smooth and intuitive, even for someone without extensive graphic design experience.

The customer service was amazing. They have a huge template selection and the ease of editing the templates was beginner friendly, but offered many options to change the designs and colors. I would highly recommend this company, and will use again in the future.

Very helpful, responds immediately

I was using Venngage’s AI book cover generator. I gave it specific instructions of how the cover should look, but Venngage only took the author’s name and the title and morphed their own cover. They completely ignored the rest of the instructions and made the cover a man with his finger on his lips in a shush gesture, the title, and the author. I do not recommend Venngage’s AI book cover generator. I don’t know about the other features, but avoid this one feature.

I find Venngage very user friendly and has many template selections to choose from. It also has the ability to save in different formats. In comparison with other graphic platforms, I do enjoy using Venngage and have even recommended this to friends. To top it off, their Support Team is extremely professional, prompt and courteous.
