VRG GRL Reviews 

I have seen many advertisements for VRG GRL and wanted to try it out. My order took about 2 weeks + to get to me, once it did I was VERY disappointed in the clothing quality. Everything was almost see-through and very thin material. One of the pairs of pants I ordered was so shein-like that I couldn't believe the price I paid.
Therefore, I returned everything that wasn't on sale (they don't take returns for those which I can understand) it has now been 3 MONTHS and no email regarding and return being processed.
Overall never buy here. Still waiting for my $200+ to be refunded for items I returned 3 months ago.

I live in Canada, and have made three purchases from VRG GRL since March 2024. Of those three purchases, only one was delivered successfully. The second was ‘lost in transit’ (determined after almost two months of delayed communication where I was then provided with a giftcard in exchange for the lost items. I ended up losing money on this through the conversion from AUD to CAD and it did not cover the customs or premium delivery fees that I was originally charged), and the third order was dispatched on April 29th, but there has been no progress on its status aside from: "tracking number allocated, order ready" on Omni Parcel's tracking page since. I’ve contacted VRG GRL’s customer service team 3 times in the last 2 weeks with zero response about this issue. This is incredibly distressing, considering the amount of money that I spent on the most recent order and the fact that I’ve been charged for items that I haven’t received. I feel so disappointed, as I was genuinely excited about the pieces that I had ordered and the one item that did come through in March was so beautiful and well-made. Unfortunately, the large shipment delays (while charging premium shipping and promising delivery within 7 business days max) and poor/delayed customer service (if you hear back at all), has turned me off from ever feeling comfortable ordering from VRG GRL again. I’m honestly not sure I’ll ever hear from them or receive my items (on an order of $500 CAD). What a disappointment, and can’t in good faith recommend this company.

I went to pick up my order after purchasing with click and collect. I was told I had already picked up my order. I was told it was error free this system and they send a code which I also did not receive. They had no explanation where my order was and Chris told me to call customer and email. I did both of these and have not heard back. They are unresponsive. Disgraceful customer service and no accountability for a fault on there end and not contactable. I have brought from here many of times and will never be purchasing again and spreading the word of the awful customer service.

Vrg grl is my favourite brand!! Love the app and obviously all the clothes and regular drops. Can’t wait until the next collection!

Worst experience I had with an online retailer for a long time.
My package got lost in Australia and for more than one month, I did not get any final feedback on the status of my order. After my fifth mail to the customer support, I was told that usually they do not take responsibility on problems with the delivery. Insane, considering I paid over 70 AUD for delivery and customs and expected an insured order. As a "compensation" that usually they would not allow, they gave me a voucher for the order amount. However, as I do not want to order from Verge Girl again, I asked for a refund to my credit card. This request, once again was completely ignored by the customer service.
I do not recommend ordering from Verge Girl - catastrophic and not at all obliging customer service.

I never received my order! I spent hundreds on it and have emailed support several times over 2 weeks. They responded once with a tracking link but did not offer any help other than that. Absolute trash service and a scam.

I have returned a dress 2.5 weeks ago and they have not replied to any of my multiple emails about when I will be receiving a refund. Trying to rob me of over $100!!!

Even though I’m in the US, shipping is fairly quick. The pieces fit really good ( for reference I’m petite 5’1” and slim. Don’t need much tailor or adjustments. And love that they are not mass produced.

The clothes are pretty on the website but I had an issue with the delivery of my package and never received. I reached out to customer support and one week multiple emails and no response. Their customer service is horrible so will not be ordering from them ever again.

I ordered 3 dresses with the intent to return one or two, however when I went to return I selected the wrong option. When I contacted the company they never got back to me and I ended up having to pay $80 in shipping to send it back. The products were lovely, but I wish their return process was more user friendly and that their customer service was responsive.

VRG GRL has become my favorite clothing line since I discovered it. They are all crafted beautifully from exquisite materials. Classic styles that will never go out of style and are forever staples in my closet! I love shopping VRG GRL!

I have brought many things from VRG GRL, and every time it never disappoints! As a larger person I was so hesitant on purchasing from here but was so pleasantly surprised when their clothes fit me and I even feel I can downsize in some stuff! I’ve only had to speak to customer service once and it was for the most minor issue and the whole experience was amazing and helpful! I even placed an order today at about 8:30am and checked my emails at 9:20am to see my order has been placed, packed and shipped! How good is that!

Sent me the wrong size vest, contacted them immediately when I found out. Took them 2 days to reply, after sending them two emails. Was offered a refund or credit, have asked for a refund and sent back the item already that is due to be delivered to them and have not yet had a response for 3 days now! Other two tops I ordered were great but not ordering from them again with such slow customer service.

- update thanks for the email but I’m still yet to receive a refund and it’s been over a week now that the vest has been delivered at their warehouse.

I was nervous about ordering from an Australian store from the US, with sizing differences and such, but it actually was a good experience. The reviews and sizing guides definitely gave me some assurance on how to order. Shipping was great as well. I was happy with my order and won't return the dress, but they have a normal return policy despite it being international.

Very disappointed in my order!
1 - When it arrived via two parcels to the UAE I had to pay double tax and fees
2 - Buttons popped off three of the items, just by me simply un buttoning (Hardly any force). Was expecting a lot better quality
3 - No reply on email after flagging the above and they only give you 7 days to return. Need a faster response from their customer service team
4 - Ordered a size 8 based on the measurements, size runs big

Shipments always came in reasonable time, and the clothes are made of nice material and fit true to size.

The pieces are beautifully cut and excellent quality for the price point. Warning though, not sure if it was that specific dress that I bought or whether it’s the labeling or the sizes in general, but the sizing can differ between styles so keep that in mind xx

I have been disappointed with many online purchases from other online stores but vrg grl are exceptional. Their quality of products are perfect, styles are unique and timeless, they fit like a glove and the material feels high quality. So well made! Love all the rewards and perks they offer and they have some really great sales. No regrets, vrg grl is now the only store I'll buy from. Thanks vrg grl for being awesome! Keep it up!

I love VRG GRL so much!!!! Every time the new collection comes out, I’m like Wow! I need to get all of these!! I’m always looking forward to seeing new collections. All the designs are very unique and nowhere else we can’t find them. I always get compliments when I’m in VRG and give me confident in it. So thank you so much for making beautiful pieces and I’ll love them forever!!

I love shopping from Vrg Grl! I am a big fan of their extended size range as a petite girlie, not to mention the beautiful array of designs, colours and shapes! I love that they have sales often so I can snag bargains! Have found sizing pretty on point, very good value for money! I always get compliments when I wear Vrg Grl!
