Bought porcelain tiles from Wickes, Verona being the supplier
Bought porcelain tiles from Wickes. Verona Stone Company was the supplier. They only sent me half my order and refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake claiming that each box contains 2 tiles. It is impossible for that to be true as 1 tile was 60x90 and really heavy already by it`s own. The box also clearly said Quantity 0.54m2 and there was a photo at delivery that clearly showed only 6 boxes on a pallete.
They have no idea what they are selling! Returned the order and waited a month for Wickes to actually get my refund back from them. Not very professional. I actually called Verona myself to try and resolve this and I was told that even if they are the supplier, I have to talk through Wickes, WASTE OF TIME!

We also agree that waiting four weeks for a refund is far too long. Unfortunately, as your purchase was made through Wickes, we don't take payment from either Wickes' customers or Wickes directly, so we're unable to process refunds ourselves. However, as part of our investigation, we'll review what happened and report our findings back to Wickes where appropriate.

Fantastic company , Great products , brilliant service , Bekki is a credit to the company , we visited Verona at the KKB stand today and it surprised us, the stand and quality exceeded our expectations, really excited for aqua panel . The marketing team (katy etc) have done a great job with the brochure it was needed . Deliveries are always quick and in full. And the office answer queries quickly .

Above expectations
We have recently ordered aqua wall (shower panel product) from verona and it has surpassed expectations. The product is carefully wrapped and has fantastic packaging (this has always been an issue with panels from other suppliers) as for the panels, they look and feel like no other shower panel. Best on the market in my opinion.
Bekki has been a great help, a real asset & credit to business.
As far as price point goes, they are brilliant value for money.

I had a very good experience with Verona Tiles. The quality of the tiles is excellent, exactly as described, and the prices are very competitive. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, taking the time to advise and make sure we chose the right products for our project.
Delivery was on time and well organised, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, a smooth and professional service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Verona Tiles and will happily use them again in the future.
