Approach this manufacturer with extreme caution
In summary, a company devoid of accountability and customer care.
In October 2024 we noticed that the Verona manufactured laminate flooring was raising or bubbling at the joints. We contacted our suppliers, who considered the problem to be defective product. The supplier contacted Verona shortly after. It took until September of this year for the problem to be resolved and only then with a threat of some form of escalation.
In the journey to resolution, Verona commissioned two styled "independent assessments" (we later learnt that one was effectively in-house), an offer of discontinued laminate of a different colour (Verona no longer manufacture this laminate) and they sought to blame the original fitters post admission of defective product. Generally, they tried to absolve themselves/avoid all blame for a poorly manufactured product.
Verona finally offered an alternative flooring, but a) gave us a limited time to respond and b) refused to provide sample product for colour match. Before accepting the offer we visited two stockists local to ourselves as set out on the Verona website. Neither stockist held Verona product at all. Also our supplier will no longer do business with the company. In accepting the offer we had therefore to place reliance on the website pictures, which ultimately proved to be misleading.
The new flooring, styled as a superior product over laminate, looks good albeit a different colour. To our knowledge Verona have not compensated our supplier for the additional removal and fitting costs.
The current flooring and other products in the Verona range may be fine, but if you can source similar from other manufacturers I highly recommend you do so.
Subsequent to submitting this review, Verona has asked for additional information. There is no proof of purchase for the replacement product as provided free of charge by Verona. The retailer in question was Potters Bar Flooring (whom I recommend). Verona has two assessment reports, which will provide full details including my address. Please contact me by phone number provided if you need more. I trust this is sufficient, I would not want you to obfuscate and thereby delay the process further.

We have been using Verona for a very long time now and they are one of the best tile companies in the industry. Staff are always friendly, very helpful and go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Special mention to Paisley for all the help and support that she has given recently with our tile orders - making sure that the process runs smoothly from the initial order to arriving at the customers property. Unfortunately 5 stars is the most I can give but would happily give 10!

Hi I put Verona flooring all through my house , our kitchen is south facing and over summer the flooring bowed we complained through their dealer in Wakefield and got zero joy or concern, I had no option to be about 700 pounds worth of flooring as the whole of down floor was with same flooring, this summer the same thing happened, I again complained to their agent t and again no concern at all from Verona the agent in Wakefield I must add was very good absolutely gutted avoid like the plague. Answer to your query - I bought from Dean Palmer your agent in Wakefield parcel cream, he had seen the flooring on both occasions complained to your local salesman who rejected the complaint completely without even seeing it for himself
