HORRIBLE customer service. Was sent a broken desk, and then spoke to multiple people in order to actually get help. Was told to do different things, and then later told that I had to un-do them before I could send it back. By the time I was connected with someone who was able to let me send back the BROKEN desk, it was past 30 days and so it was on me to pay for shipping back! Absolutely ridicuouls. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
Great Products and fair prices. We set up plexiglass barricades on desks in open office. Great quality and easy to set up.
My desk arrived on time, set up was easy. I called customer service once just in case I needed help and was answered right away - a real person! That was three months ago, my powered standing desk looks and works same as new, and I have it loaded with three monitors and a laptop on top and a powerful (heavy) desktop computer hanging underneath. Still solid, with smooth up and down precise movement.
It took 3 weeks for VersaDesk to ship my PowerPro 36" which was purchased during the Memorial day sale. Fortunately, since I live in CA, it arrived on the 2nd day after shipment. I'm very happy with the purchase, but I was frustrated by the slow turnaround time. It's not often that you spend $400+ and don't get the product for 3 weeks. I contacted their customer care via the Chat function on the website a few times but I was never given an estimate regarding shipment. Finally, when I called them the second time, someone told me when they would ship it out the latest and it was exactly on that day that I received the update with the tracking information.
The company has a great product, but they'd do well with better service and quicker shipment
I'm really enjoying it. I only really waited to order till an office manager I know had purchased for staff and self. All love them. That was all it too to push me to purchase from just very interested.
Product didn’t ship on time, and I eventually had to call to check on why it hadn’t shipped yet before it was actually shipped. It appears as though the order was forgotten until I called.
The desk is awesome...sitting to standing in seconds effortlessly! I will say though...it is heavy...and it took me more than the 5 minutes it took the
two woman on You Tube to put together!

I ordered a stand up desk about a month ago. Unfortunately it does rise and hasn't since I put it together. I have called numerous times for replacement parts and to date I have still not received them.
The desk was broken and we are still waiting on a response.
Ordered the desk bike. The tension knob does not work. Attempted to get help from customer service, but still no response. It’s been almost a month now.

Versadesk has a good customer service department. I especially liked how their engagement platform integrates with their email server. What this means is that if I want to add a note to the service engagement I can just respond to the email. This is the way all companies should run their support.
I ordered the single monitor product to use with a large, single monitor. But the unit that was delivered to me contained the two monitor version. Fortunately, the single and dual parts are interchangeable adapters. Versadesk's solution was just to mail me the single monitor adapter. I was happy with the outcome.
The only criticism I have for Versadesk is that their fulfillment quality assurance is lacking. There were two separate QA misses in my experience. (1) They sent me a model with the wrong adapter initially. QA would have caught that. (2) The single-monitor adapter shipped later without one of the hex bolts. When the package arrived the adapter only had two fastened bolts on the unit. A third was loose in the package and the fourth was missing. Since I already had the dual-monitor part, I took a hex bolt from that unit. Again, basic QA should have caught that.
Actually, it's pretty nice to have both adapters for the price of one but I am much more efficient with a large single monitor rather than two smaller ones and I don't anticipate ever using that part.
Love my versa desk. The only downside I have found is that I need to adjust the belt often (daily) as the belt tends to veer to one side or the other when I first start the treadmill up. Other than that, I am thrilled with the size, the price, and the overall product.
I had to constantly hassle customer service to get a status update for weeks. Finally, I was told the product was delayed, and they didn't know when it would be available. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER buy a VersaDesk product again.
