After a lot of thought, especially given the cost, I decided to go for it in January 2024. I had been dealing with ED and PE for years, but couldn't take the blue pill because it gave me headaches. Right after the first use, I noticed a significant improvement in both strength and fullness. The progress came quickly, but I think I've reached my peak since I’m not seeing any further gains. I bought a unit when it first came out after reading an article in the Times. I'm 49 and I was suffering from moderate ED, which had crept up on me over about 5 years. One thing that has occurred is that I seem to have gotten a little bigger. I little longer and a little wider. Also it just seems to be fuller and heavier.

I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy it a thousand times over. It’s fantastic. If, like me, you are quite girthy you may want to just check with Ohh-med. I can just barely fit when it’s at the base (not a problem when you move away from the base as there is a bit of stretching when you move the device forward).

Timing on the unit on ring setting sometimes runs on until 19 minutes instead of the 15 minutes as advised in the manual. I frequently burn myself with the unit on ring setting no matter how much gel I use.
