customer service is very bad. It wasn't nice for them to behave this way. I actually went there to buy a car. unfortunately they lost customers, maybe it could have been a warning for us from the beginning. If I had bought the car, I might be worried about how customer service would behave from now on.I don't recommend it.

Staff at Doncaster Honda are extremely helpful and knowledgeable . In particular Ajay Singh ,who was instrumental in making our purchasing experience go smoothly and effectively. Full marks to all concerned .

All I requested was a video of the car.

I’ve just bought a used Honda Jazz from Vertu Motors in Doncaster and want to thank Andrew Brown the sales adviser for an excellent service from my first enquiry about the car, to driving it away. The whole process was made stress free and and tailored to meet my needs ( including someone driving myself and my autistic grandson to McDonalds to get lunch, whilst the paperwork was being prepared) . I’m delighted with my new car and pleasantly surprised at receiving a call from Andrew to make sure we had arrived home safely, as we had travelled some distance to pick up the car.

Just purchased a used car. Ajay was fantastic from start to finish keeping in touch regularly until we collected the car. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Ajay.

Amazing service. Well looked after by Shaun (sales) and explained everything in clear detail. I bought a used car (Honda) and the add ons offered allow me peace of mind for the next 3 years without breaking the bank (full warranty, alloy and wheel protection, services and MOTs) let’s face it, you don’t get that often when buying second hand cars unless you take out your own personal insurance. Garages/dealerships often get better deals with their partnerships with external insurers anyway (I know a little from personal experience in this industry). Also came with 3 years breakdown recovery. They offered me a very fair price on my old car for part exchange. It was very high mileage and not perfect condition. The whole process was smooth and quick, they even insured the car for a day for me so I could drive it home and sort out afterwards. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new car and see something they have that you like. Drove away a happy customer. Thanks

Avoid buying a car online with Vertu. I was after a Mercedes A200 and found one for sale online with Vertu. I needed a car quickly so reserved it online that evening. The next morning I recieved a call from Vertu and the man went through everything to do with car and told me it was in immaculate condition. I was sent a video of the car with a follow up call again being told it was immaculate. Living in Manchester and not being able to get across to see the car, I paid over the phone and paid the extra to have it delivered a few days later.

When the car arrived it had a big scuff on the side of the rear bumper, a dint on the inner drivers door frame and numerous stone chips on the front of the car/bonnet. I spoke to the sales person and he apologised and said they'd come and pick it back up as they wanted it to be sorted properly (This obviously added more mileage to the car).

A few days later a man arrived to drive it back and I pointed out all the problems, which he said would be rectified. Later that afternoon the car arrived back. The scuff was maiy removed (but not totally) and some of the stone chips hand been badly touched up, whilst they'd missed others. The man delivering it back had brought a touch up kit and offered to do the remaining, but after seeing the ones done by the 'experts' I said I'd do it!

I wasn't happy with the results, but we were going on holiday the following day and desperately needed a car, so had to accept it.

If I'd had been able to see the car before buying it, I wouldn't have bought for the price I paid, either in the original condition or the condition once it was 'fixed'!

Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend buying a car from Vertu!

ALSO I'VE JUST REALISED THE MILEAGE ON THE CAR IS LESS THAN THE MILAGE SHOWN ON ITS LAST MOT, SO IM NOT SURE EHAT THIS SAYS ABOUT VERTU AND THE CARS THEY SELL!

We have just part exchanged our car at Honda Doncaster for a new Jazz Hybrid EX. I can only praise the company highly as every thing went so smoothly. We are very pleased with the car and Ajay made the swap process so easy. He is extremely friendly and approachable. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and helped us through everything with clarity. He rang regularly to update us while the car was in transit and when it would arrive. Our collection date was scheduled for one of the hottest days ever. Ajay kindly arranged to deliver the car to our home personally. What more can you want? We are extremely satisfied with the service we have received.

Great team listened to our needs and meet all of our expectations. Straight forward process and communicated all the way through. Thanks to Baz and Shaun you were great.

We booked a full service with this garage. All went well until we found a pool of diesel on our tarmac drive causing damage.
The health check conducted didn't show any leaks prior to service. The garage reluctantly took the car back, stating that if the problem wasn't due to the service they would charge us £90+ for inspection...
The leak was found to be from a faulty fuel filter they fitted. This was not part of the service and shouldn't have been touched.
Claiming for the damage to our drive to resolve the issue and move on has proved difficult. Spent many hours, getting contractors to quote (as requested by the garage) and emails often ignored by the GM.

Overall a poor experience and one which shouldn't have occurred if they would have done the correct service task.
