Called into Vertu Stamfordham Rd, Newcastle upon Tyne after having a problem with the infosystem.
Extremely helpful male receptionist, sorry we didn't get your name. Who then brought his colleague David through to have a look at our car. He resolved our issue within ten minutes, we were so happy and relieved.

Jamie Coulson was exceptionally helpful and kept in touch all through the process as was David Miller in Jamie's absence. Living in the Highlands of Scotland it was all done remotely/digitally and I cannot fault Jamie at all.

David and Earl were lovely guys and were super helpful .. there was no pressure what so ever to purchase the car . Thank you ☺️

Doesn't even deserve one star being honest.
Customer services skills are atrocious
Car was in October and told it would be done. Wasn’t, the car actually come out worse then when it went in.
Went in for a new timing chain was told it needed a new inlet manifold which was going to cost £1700.
After a second opinion and a further cost of £1200 the problem was down to Vauxhall not putting my seal on my racket gasket properly.
Not refunding the money for the extra costs absolute joke avoidddddd!!!

When we phoned the dealer to book our car in we were told "it would be done on friday" come Friday and we get a video stating the work needing done but nothing was actually carried out.

the following week the wiring harness was replaced Tuesday and starter motor on the Thursday. not that they bothered to tell us. I phoned on the Friday to be told the car still wasn't working and that they had know since the Thursday when they did the starter motor bur it's an easy fix it's just a fuse needing done but they had none in stock.

come the next week. Monday the fuse arrived damaged so they reordered it. Tuesday didn't turn up at all. at this point we went and bought the fuse ourselves and took it in.

they had our car for 13 day and it cost over £1600. not even an apology for lieing to us about it being done Friday and no sort of compensation even though they knew we were having to spend 100 a day on taxis.

don't use this dealer they can't be trusted. they lie to you. they don't bother contacting you. worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I have dealt with Gavin the motability specialist for a number of years and never had cause to complain about his service and expertees

I spoke to David Miller initially to make enquiries about the car I saw on the website. Made an appointment to view & I thought it was a nice touch to get a personalised video from Ellie Wileman. The whole process was very easy Ellie was very knowledgeable & professional throughout. I loved that she delivered the car to my house & took my old car away. Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff I came across were very friendly but I have to say Ellie is a credit to the company & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vertu to everyone. Definitely 10/10 from me!
