Our records indicate that the end of the 7 days was on July 15, 2026, and your full refund was issued to your payment method on July 16, 2026.

The visibility of the funds depends on the payment method you used; if it is a bank account, it can take up to 5 working days due to interbank processing delays, and if it is PayPal, it can take up to 24 hours.

Please note that once an order is placed, a timeframe of 7 days is established and cannot be interrupted. If the seller does not ship the item within this period, the sale will be automatically cancelled.
