The hat is great. The problem is they made it an officers hat by adding the scrambled eggs on the brim. I was enlisted.

Received the wrong color hat. I was in the Navy and was sent a red hat which everyone knows is a Marine color. Also, in the ad it shows receiving the hat in a box. Mine came in a plastic sack stuffed in my mail box. It was quite wrinkled.

I received my new cover (hat) a few days ago and I am very happy with it! It is well made and fits very well! I was born a Marine on February 29, 1969 at MCRD San Diego! I will wear this cover proudly everyday!

Wrong color hat was recieved. Vinci in Customer Service refuses to admit they made a mistake and just fix the problem. Countless emails going back and forth. I looked into the company, not sure the Veteran Owner Danny is a real guy. They do not publish their company structure anywhere and have multiple hat companies from the same address in Wyoming. Take your business elswhere!

I went back and checked my order, and I am almost sure that I had ordered the hat in Navy Blue, and I was sent a RED one. Also, the order follow-up texts, emails, etc were appreciated but a bit over the top. Also, I got the message about the hat being on its way after I received the hat. Not a big deal, I will keep and wear the RED hat proudly, but check your records and see what you have!

Ordered a hat for my son who served in the Navy. He loved it. He said it was the best Veteran hat he ever saw.

Good looking hat. A bit pricey for a retiree especially for an item made overseas. No issues with fit or quality as mentioned in some reviews. I would’ve preferred “Retired” rather than “Veteran” but I do get a lot of “thank you for your service” comments when wearing it. Fits me well, no issues with comfort. Maybe consider a “summer” version because it gets hot due to the heavy material.

I figured it would take a few days for my custom hat to be made which it did. I really appreciated all the e-mail updates on where my hat was in the process. I wasn't left out of the time line. And my hat arrived 2 weeks early! I didn't expect my hat until early August, but it came in the mail 7/15/25.

I ordered and received a USMC 250th anniversary hat with my name and rank embroidered on the side. I like the embroidery; the price was fine; and the delivery time was fine also; but the comfort is poor. There is not enough cushion in the front rim of the hat to compare to the front vertical seam and the embroidered logo on the inside. The logo and seam press against my forehead and cause discomfort. I have to use tissues for additional padding. I won't be buying another.

While I was somewhat aware of the length of time from payment to actual delivery, I can't leave a negative review based upon my anticipation for this gift to a fellow veteran.
I received many updates on the progress from Danny and it was worthwhile for the wait when my veteran friend called to say that it was the best military, personalized apparel he has ever received!
The price, the value and the many choices to express one's patriotism made it all worth the wait. Thank You.

I waited several weeks for two hats and received emails stating that it was taking longer to "ensure quality ". I got the hats, and they were poor quality, crooked logos with poor embroidery. the hats were cheap in nature as well. Spending $30 a hat and getting what was sent was disappointing. I sent an email, also got on your Facebook page and received nothing. I asked to have my money returned and take these hats back but of course there has been no response.

Beautiful cover. Embroidery excellent

The hat is great looking. Good design. But, the front center stitched seam is so big and high it left a red spot on my forehead after just an hour of wearing it. I'm having to make my own sweatband inside the front of the hat to pad the seam so that I can wear it.

My cap took way to long to reach me. The cap itself was thin and flimsy but the stitching was excellent. The updates were excellent. Overall not a bad cap.

Took a little longer than what I had expected. The hat arrived when still getting e-mails that it "was on the way soon" The hat is of good quality, the stitching seems OK. Overall I've gotten good feedback from others. I'm happy with the purchase.

I love the design but the hat fails miserably. It looks more like a farmers hat than a baseball cap. The two stiff front panels are too flat off of the brim and have a collapsing fold on each side down just above the brim. The four back panels are exceedingly crumpled. Money wasted. I will not be wearing this hat or ordering anything else from Veteranstitch.

I have been contacted by Danny and Vinni, both say they want to make it right but have not reached back out to rectify the situation. They make it sound like I'm asking for a lot. All of asked is for the hats I have to be remade like the pictures of the demos you promote. Both my hats have issues with alignment and centering. I supplied photos and still no one has taken care of this for me. Im not happy with mainly the Red had I received. The black one is OK. Not great. I get told that I am not buying 150 dollar hats. No I'm not. Nor would I.. would like to share my expectations to be minimum of what you demo. I was impressed in the beginning with the level of communication. Now that I'm trying to get it fixed there is not that same level of communication. Sad because while I'm not buying 150 dollar hats that I work hard for my money and had expectations of what I spend it on. I would gladly send these hats back for a refund or you as a company step up and take care of me as a customer. Hope you had a great memorial day. God Bless

The hats I got look like crap the EGA is the worse embroidery work I’ve seen!
I mean absolutely unacceptable!
If communicated with you about the quality of your cheap product got very little response.
Don’t waste your money or your time with anything they offer!
I am sure you are not a licensed to even use the EGA!

Stitching was so small you have to walk within a foot to read it and the quality of the cap/hat itself is poor at best.....just plain terrible
