We began our mission in 2018 with a passion to provide fashion forward animal friendly shoes and boots to the world. V.GAN is now one of the most beloved multi-category lifestyle brands in the vegan community. Our entire range of products are "unconditionally vegan" and workers in our vegan approved factories are protected by employment and safety laws. We are an animal and human friendly company. You do not need to be a vegan to enjoy our PETA approved vegan offerings. In fact, the majority of our customers are simply trying their best to live a cruelty-free lifestyle. You can be certain that anything you add to your wardrobe, home, or beauty regimen is in fact vegan.

Not great
Not great. The hiking boots I'd saved up for were no where near true to size and the size I needed is not being re stocked.

Great shoes! Will use V.GAN again
Both pairs of sandals that I ordered exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy. I liked the no plastic packaging and also the information about V.GAN and that it is PETA approved. A very positive experience throughout.

Lovely to read Evelyne
V.GAN don't take accountability for faulty products.
Bought two pairs of sandals that cost €104 recently. The total price came to €149 which means it cost €45 to post them to Ireland. The ankle strap on one pair of the sandals (Dragon Espadrillles) was so short it wouldn’t go around my ankle let alone tie. I'm a normal weight with slim ankles. Another reviewer online had commented on this same problem with these sandals. I need to return them but Sharmane, Customer Service Manager with V.GAN, is refusing to pay the postage saying it isn’t a faulty product when it obviously is. They expect me to pay even more than the €45 postage already paid to send them back!!! The law is against them. With this diabolical customer service attitude they don’t deserve repeat business. Furthermore, I was invited to leave a review by email on these sandals and when I submitted it, it didn’t go live on their website which means they only allow reviews they want on their site. That speaks volumes! Their products should speak for themselves instead of them trying to control the narrative.
