The lady who took my phone call was excellent and helpful but £171 to fit me an internal kitchen door is really extreme I am trying just to keep the house warm as possible I haven’t broke the door as there has never been one fitted I pay rent so why is it the tenants responsibility when it comes to internal doors

I had several repairs from 8th Jan to present and was astounded at how quick they've been dealt with by 2 joiners and a plumber. From person taking taking my call to the workmen themselves I have been impressed by their dedication, professional but friendly manner and quality of repairs and am very grateful to Vico Homes and their staff for prompt action

Christopher Burns Cash Wise Officer was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He helped me to sort out all my bills and expenses when I become a single mum and need to start to pay everything myself. He helped to fill all forms and calculate all my expenses correctly.

Awful company who don’t care about their tenants. Will happily deflect blame and play innocent. I’ve noticed a lot of fake reviews on here aswell.

Trying to have a dishwasher installed couldn't be fitted all copper pipes are corroded vico replied not an emergency maybe 28 days for someone to even come out to look

Even if I could not get help promptly, the lady l spoke to was very knowledgeable and nice to me.

The caller was very polite and understanding of what I was ringing about the only thing that she couldn't do was tell me how to solve the problem I was ringing about witch is not her fault because there is so many different kind of boilers

There have been issues with Vico Homes reporting system which led to my being threatened with legal action for doing the right thing. The matter was resolved, but still had an adverse emotional impact.
