Don't take Property for Rent with these thugs...
I thought victor michael is a big letting company and they are professional but the experience is worst then ever.
First of all as soon as i paid them rent and deposit sales team stop answering my phone and said i need to speak to management.
The management is worst then the sale team, specially the lady Works their name Miss. Victoria. Horrible customer service and she is so arrogant.
When the landlord want me to evict the property i told them i trying to find it as property crises is all over the London and still she was threatening me and finally they send me the eviction notice. So i left the property and now they are not giving me my deposit back.
So, i raised dispute on TDS and now they emailed me thats its nothing to do with them and now its between landlord and to resolve this issue, even though i paid deposit to victor michael.
I dont know how they have managing the properties and getting all these 5 stars probably they have paid to PR company to made this up for me because the people works their they dont behave normal and also they dont treat others as a human being.
i hope they director see this message and sack those people who are ruining his company reputation.

I am sorry you feel that you have not received the level of service that you required.
In response to your review, you initially rented the property through our Canning town – Lettings team.
After you went through the referencing process and signed the move-in documents you were provided contact details for our management department where all communication would be thereafter.
We have looked back at all correspondence throughout your Tenancy at the property and can confirm that no complaints have been received from you.
To confirm the landlord sold the property with a different company as which notice was issued to you so the sale of the property could complete.
The expiry of your notice was 03/4/2021 at which you did not vacate so the landlord proceeded with legal action against you.
We understand that it may have been difficult to find alternative accommodation however the budget you provided us for the property and location you were looking for was unrealistic which was discussed with you.
The court granted possession of the property and you thereafter vacated before the bailiffs attended to evict you on 09/09/2022.
I can find no evidence of Your comments of staff member(s) threatening you however should you wish to pass on any evidence you may have relating to this we will look further into this for you. Victor Michael pride ourselves on customer service and will not tolerate any threatening behaviour from our staff.
In relation to your deposit, it is not that Victor Michael is not giving you the deposit back which you have been made aware of.
Your landlord has proposed deductions that you do not agree with. When both parties do not come to an agreement you are required to raise a dispute with TDS which you have done.
Unfortunately, Victor Michael does not deal with TDS disputes and this is down to both the Landlord and tenant to provide all evidence and information for TDS to come to a decision.
We can confirm all reviews received at Victor Michael are from, tenants and landlords that have used or are currently using our services, these reviews are not related to PR companies being paid to leave reviews as suggested.

Very quickly, Gracie arranged a viewing and we were very lucky that the whole process of seeing the house and moving in was completed within 10 days.

Very pleased with the excellent service received from leytonstone branch.

Efficient and professional service
The service received from Victor Michaels and in particular, Piyush Khatri, the agent dealing with my property, has been first rate. The property was part of an estate to which I was an executor. Piyush was very patient and was involved for two years from time of giving advice for renting to moving through to selling. He was understanding of a difficult estate, empathetic and treated all communications with respect. All queries were answered and he always responded promptly. Piyush recommended contractors , oversaw them working , he took all photos and managed viewings.Finally, he tenaciously persevered on getting a sale price above expectations. Nothing was too much for him. I highly recommend Victor Michaels and specifically Piyush Khatri - a diamond member of their team.
