I rented a flat remotely from the Netherlands through VM and the whole process was very easy and smooth. Ben was very available for all my questions and needs. No complaints whatsoever! (+the flat is even nicer than in the pictures, and they are really friendly and helpful at the office!).

Having marketed my property with a certain colour on line agent, I was let down by the lack of care and timewasters , so I decided to call a local estate agent to look at my options, after chatting to Jay , he came to see me and showed me how my property should have been marketed, so I moved my property to Victor Michael and haven't been disappointed, the portfolio photos were top notch and only serious buyers were allowed to view, my property sold at the second open day, Jay has had control of the sale process and kept me updated at all times, I cannot recommend them highly enough if you want to sell your property.

Disgusting customer service from the Leytonstone property management team, an awful experience renting from them since day one. Can’t wait to leave.

Renting in London with Victor Michael Estate Agents has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I have tried different agencies before, but this one has turned out to be the most unapologetic and insensitive of all. Throughout our whole stay in one of their apartments in East London, they have never considered our rights as tenants and only cared to portray the landlord's interests. After we decided to leave, they expected us to hire a cleaning professional service even though we had spent time cleaning the place and making sure to leave the flat in excellent conditions. Without our consent they employed a professional cleaner worth 150 pounds (with parking excluded) and expected us to pay just because that was their policy (which was not even required in the contract and so not mandatory).

As tenants we have felt neglected and disrespected, above all from the Property Management Department in Stratford who made the whole experience even worse than it already was).

Do not recommend to rent with this agency if you want to have a nice experience renting in London. I was misled by the positive reviews on their website and made the mistake to trust them. Do not make the same mistake. They will try the impossible to make you spend more than you should!

We hired Victor Michael to manage our property and set up our rental agreements when we left the UK to move back home to France. They have shown real understanding of our situation, always been helpful, and available when we had questions about legal aspects as well as tax. They gave us invaluable expert advice and helped us make the right decisions. They are run like a local business and seem to have useful connections when it comes to getting works or repairs done in your property. I recommend them.

So efficient. Abu was on the case from Day 1 and we've had all the checks now up to date, forms organised and signed and tenants moved in within the week. And all this after he kindly provided advice well in advance of us becoming clients. Highly recommend.

Victor Micheal was great. My husband and I used them for the first time and didn’t regret any bit of it. One thing i loved the most was how Craig (a staff at the stratford office) facilitated all the reasonable requests we made to the landlord. He was extremely helpful and never got tired of hearing our complaints loool. Once we made a request and it was deemed very reasonable, we got support in getting that requirements met.

If you looking for a genuine agency that can be trusted and have your back , at this point I will suggest Victor Micheal . We have just moved into a 2 bed flat and hope to stay on a very long term, so later on in the months/years I will be coming back to give a review on how the journey has been just to help potential renters making the right choice. I would like to write few things about Jamil, he is one of the agents that works for VictorMichael, he was always available for us on his work time and would always pick up his personal phone for any query we had, keep calm with us when we wouldn’t understand some of the procedures.
I can be a really hard person and he managed to make me happy. I really think he should get the soonest promotion.
Alexandra instead, she works in there as well, I don’t think she knows what she is doing as whenever we spoke to her it was really confusing and unprofessional. Every time she would pick up the phone on us, we would need to ask for a manager and this is not what anyone wants from an agency when they already have the stress to move house.
