Customer service was efficient, informative and friendly and kept us up to date with times/dates for measuring and fitting our window shutters.
The end product looks fantastic and has really dressed up the rooms.

We are very happy with purchase of our outdoor 4m blind. All dates for meaurement and installation were met. The blind was installed on a day when severe storms were impacting the area, but the installers were still able to complete the installation under difficult cirsumstances. The blind can be operated well and provide appropriate shade for our outdoor area. Would recommend Victory Blinds for there professionalism, promptness and workmanship.

I was told the blind would be ready 6 weeks
3months later is was ready and I refused to pay
in advance but said I would pay in delivery and
installation
I was refused delivery - your track record was poor
- I eventually paid another 25%.
T he blind was incorrect but i accepted it because
I did not want to wait another 3 months

Consultation was excellent (Jim P), not pushy, very helpful, explained it well. Installation guys were quick, took away all packaging and polite.
Only hiccup was they sent out wrong remote charger. Installer was great, he notified head office immediately to organise the correct one to be sent out. Unfortunately, after 3 follow up phone calls and promises of it 'coming 'soon', almost 6 weeks later, I still don't have the correct charger.

Still waiting for my replacement sheers as first ones where incorrect no feedback on delay

Normally I would give 5 stars but, this time only 3 due to the fact that my replacement blind has had the installment time changed twice and on one occasion I wasn't even contacted. Meanwhile I stayed home and took time off work to be here.
I paid for the replacement blind in full a few months ago. I am very disappointed

The man man who gave me the quote was friendly as well as finding the correct striped canvas of a previous blind. Two other companies had told me it was out of stock.

It all started with Jim. The lovely man that came out to measure up my windows. He was lovely and very helpful. And then he kept up-to-date with me with everything.
Then the blinds came. And the poor man that had to come and install the blinds having to walk up and down the stairs at the front of my house I felt sorry for him but he was lovely as well explained to me how the blinds worked and how to clean them.
I am very happy with my blinds and I recommend them if anyone was thinking Victor blinds.
