The man who installed my blind explained everything in clear language.
He answered ALL my questions, as did the lady who first came to measure the blind.
Both were very professional and helpful.

It all started with Jim. The lovely man that came out to measure up my windows. He was lovely and very helpful. And then he kept up-to-date with me with everything.
Then the blinds came. And the poor man that had to come and install the blinds having to walk up and down the stairs at the front of my house I felt sorry for him but he was lovely as well explained to me how the blinds worked and how to clean them.
I am very happy with my blinds and I recommend them if anyone was thinking Victor blinds.

Prompt service, friendly team members, and fantastic pricing. The plantation shutters are gorgeous - great decision on our part :)

The installer was very efficient got the job done with care, his professionalism was a bit off, he was a bit rude initially but overall he was helpful and I love my new blinds, gives me privacy and peace 👍 the price was decent also, thank you victory blinds i am impressed with the work you provided for me and I didnt have to wait long for my blinds to be ordered in. The overall process was easy and productive 😌

All smooth sailing from quote to installation

I ordered my blinds in late July and its now November 24. No blinds! Two incorrect attempts and no phone call or any aftercare.
They require full payment before install -they hold your deposit to ransom and will not install till you pay the full amount rendering me powerless.
Rubbish!

The measurer and installer were both great to deal with. They always turned up at the pre-arranged time. I’m very happy with the work done.

If I could give a negative star I would.
The sales people have no idea how to communicate and the Sales Manager doesn’t even give you “the valued customer” the respect of returning your calls.
They also advertise that they are Australian made….rubbish.
I would never recommend Victory Curtains and Blinds to anyone - save your money.
Dealing with this company was very stressful.

I used them a couple of years before and they were great. However this time has been painful to say the least.

I ordered shutters, roller blind and honeycomb blinds in May, it’s November and I only have the honeycomb blinds. The roller blind came on the wrong colour and size, came back again on the wrong colour and I’m still waiting for the right one. The shutters for whatever system error were delayed for 10-weeks. And after they reschedule the installation and then I get phone calls from the installers saying they are coming on the original day.

It looks like the systems are messed up and their communication it’s terrible. It has been a very painful process and I only got a $200-300 refund, for my troubles. But they were really quick on charging me the whole cost of the blinds.

This is my second time using Victory and I still can’t fault them. Measure and quote was speedy and Mary was so knowledgeable and took great care to match my existing window treatments. I needed narrow shutters and blockouts over the shutters which other companies don’t do. Everything was installed today by Jae who was precise and efficient. Would recommend! Thanks team.

Never again! I am giving Victory Curtains and Blinds one star for their unprofessional approach. It took 14 months to have the blinds installed for just two bedrooms. After five attempts and five different installers, we were finally assigned to Charlie, who made it his mission to complete the job as he felt bad that it had taken so long for us to receive what we had paid for. For this reason, we are giving Charlie five stars for his excellent work. Thank you Charlie!!

Terrible customer service by the sales team when it came to asking them to fix curtains that didn’t do what they were designed to do. They are impossible to get in contact with, especially the sales teams, when you need something fixed. I’ve been chasing them for an option to repair for over 3 months and all they suggest (when they occasionally respond) is for me to pay more to get an extra curtain or blind to fix the problem. Save yourself the stress and hassle and spend your money with a company that treats customers with respect and will provide proper customer service.

I had the privilege of meeting Joshua Correa the most knowledgeable and understanding person I have ever met. Every question I asked was answered efficiently & effectively. He understands his products thoroughly & his customer service skills are amazing! This is the person to reach out for advice. Victory Blinds is so fortunate & lucky to have Joshua on their team! I hope you look after him because he is unique!

When a friend had a quote from Maria I saw how professional and experienced she was. She came and measured for my living/dining area and we had large sheer curtains with lining curtains behind installed. After the installation I changed my mind and wanted one of the curtains split and reinstalled with separate controls. She arranged for one curtain to be removed, adjusted and re-installed at a reasonable price. I am 100% happy with the final result, especially getting exactly what I wanted.
