My only wish is we could stay in our caravan 12 months of the year.

Having had a few issues with our caravan a engineer arrives by the name of Steve (name on t-shirt! Haha)
He rectified all the issues to a very high standard, he was pleasent from arrival to leaving and it was a pleasure to have him here, he was a credit to your company! Many thanks Dave Richards

Trouble free snagging repairs. Quick and efficient.

I contacted customer care at Victory for parts for a repair to a caravan that had been hit by a car. Rachel from aftersales was very helpful and I collected the with no problem.

Thanks so much to Joanne for helping me with a query regarding screwcap covers for my Parkview Lodge. Amazing customer service, a company that is a pleasure to deal with!

Had issues with getting our query acknowledged but contacted Joanne and she was able to escalate it and eventually got us what we needed. Joanne gets 5 stars, Victory's response time gets a 3 so middle ground 4 stars.

I am so pleased to give Keith an Andy from Victory this review, Keith Simmonds was great with his communications and setting the time frame for repairs to be completed by his maintenance guru Andy ! Very happy with all services provided. A vast difference from our previous experience . Many thanks again Steve Bev and Meggie our “jack”!

After my experience with Lakesway Leisure for 5 years banging y head against a brick wall ringing Victory was like a breath of fresh air! My wife and I spoke to Joanne and she couldn't of been more helpful and understanding of our situation. Although the items were not in stock/not in production, Joanne checked with the manufacturer and as soon as they become a stock item she promised to send the items to my house.

Made up with Paul and Jurijs were very nice guys, very happy to help.

Bought our brand new Victory lodge last Wednesday and we are over the moon with it.
The lodge is fitted out to a high standard with quality furniture and appliances and has enough room to swing many cats in! (We haven’t harmed any cats!)
Our experience from start to finish has been excellent and we are extremely happy with our purchase.

I have temporarily increased my score to 3 stars following an interesting phone call from Victor's Keith Simmonds (Quality Improvement Lead) who will investigate my claim for me. I look forward to some resolution ASAP.

I bought my static caravan from a site via a dealer in March 2026. There were several warrantee issues which were reported to Victory, the site management and the dealer at the time. 5 months later and most of these issues, in spite of being accepted by Victory (according to the dealer), are still outstanding. I have contacted the dealer every two weeks yet we are getting nowhere and Victory's communication is non existent. I would seriously avoid buying a static caravan from them!

Brilliant service rectified basically all that needed to be done for now and returning to finish the jobs that are outstanding. Lewis Hill was friendly and professional kept us updated on everything he did on the day to our new caravan. A credit to the company he works for,an outstanding employee .

Paul and Jurijs have done an excellent job at repairing a window that did not close properly.
They were quick, also very polite.

Hi had the pleasure recently of meeting Kieth who came out to us on a Sunday! To discuss the problems that we have been having since we bought our victory , I have no doubt at all after speaking with him that Kieth and his service team will sort this for us now nothing seems to be to much trouble, he has kept in touch with us personally which has been fantastic and now look forward now to getting our lovely van sorted,

It was a pleasure to meet Keith and Andy today. They went above and beyond to sort a couple of issues I had with my Victory lodge. Keith has taken a couple of further questions I had away with him and I am sure he will soon get back to me with the answers.

I was impressed at how quickly I received a response to my email. When I phoned last week the lady on the phone was really helpful pointing me in the right direction.
