Just had Paul from Victory Leisure here to sort the patio doors. Very polite and pleasant fellow, hopefully resolved the issue, but won't know until it rains.
Highly recommend Paul.

Victory responded well to us raising some issues with our new lodge and have resolved everything to our satisfaction. There was a few months before they attended to carry out a large job but we’re understanding of the fact it was a two day job that required several replacement parts.
Of note, Paul and Gary who worked on the van over two days ‘in the extreme heat’, their quiet, hard-working, professional approach was very much welcomed and appreciated. They were totally respectful of our lodge, removing or covering outdoor shoes as they stepped in, being polite and ploughed on quietly to get a significantly physical job finished to a high standard in the shortest time….. representing Victory brilliantly. Thank you.

I bought my lodge after Christmas and it was delivered to site on the 12th March 2026. There were a few small snags that I reported to my supplier.
Last Saturday Paul & Juris called to my Victory Lakewood lodge to complete the snag list. They were absolute gentleman. No question was a problem and they gave me all the time I needed. All snags were completed without question. One or two things left to do and they promised to be back on site in approximately 6 weeks with the parts. Thank you so much Paul & Juris.

Joanne Buchanan was extremely helpful and provided me with all of the information I required.

Bought a new Victory Harraway this year & there were a few small problems.
Juris & Paul called this morning, nothing was too much trouble for them, pure gentlemen & cleaned up the mess when they finished.

Has some problems with a door and some drawers, Ben from Victory turned up and had it sorted in minutes.

Recently purchased lodge with a few defects that should have been picked up in Pre delivery inspections or commissioning. (Hence the 4 stars). That said the repair service we received from repair guy Paul yesterday was excellent. Friendly, professional and competent. Nothing too much trouble and gave excellent support and advice. Repairs were completed to a high standard.

We had some jobs in our lodge that needed fixed. Keith come out listened and made a list of our jobs to get completed. Andy is the man. Very competent with all tasks/jobs. We Wish all tradesmen were as competent and as trustworthy as Andy. Highly recommended

I had a fantastic experience with Victory Caravans and can’t recommend them enough. Jo provided an outstanding level of personal service from start to finish. She really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process with patience and professionalism.
What stood out most was how friendly and approachable Jo was – nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made sure all my questions were answered clearly and honestly. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping me make the right decision rather than just making a sale.
The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and very personal, which made such a difference. Jo is a real credit to Victory Caravans, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service with a genuine personal touch.
