Customer Service/Warranty
Following a call to Victory HQ today, Joanne & the team were so helpful & supportive. The customer service was informative, professional & very friendly. What has been causing us worry was sorted quickly & efficiently. They went over & above to rectify some small issues - just confirming we made the right decision to purchase one of their lodges.

Polite & Professional
We were visited today by Steve a Victory repair person. He was polite professional and took no time to resolve our issue.
Which was an external one, working in the wind and rain.
