OTTA shoe cabinet review
I ordered the OTTA shoe cabinet. The product is indeed as presented in the picture and its material is of very good quality. Also no complaints about the delivery. These are the only reason I give one star. Unfortunately I was surprised to see that the product is actually useless. The shoe cabinet is designed in such a wrong way that only kids shoes can fit inside, and half interior space remains unusable (ie too big for nothing). I would not recommend it.
Updated review: I upgrade my review to four stars because the company immediately reached out to me offering multiple solutions to the problem that arised, which I appreciated a lot.

Poor delivery service and worse customer service
I was impressed by products online and the price but my order has not arrived. The tracking link sent after making the order did not work. It was for a different company to the delivery service handling the items in Greece. When I tried the local couriers (ACS) tracking showed my items had been at their nearest office for three days but no attempt was made to deliver them. Vidaxl customer service sent me two emails today. First says "the item is still in transit, and carrier will attempt to deliver it again. Delivery is attempted two times" and 2 hours later another says "According to the latest tracking information from the carrier, there have been two unsuccessful delivery attempts". I had emailed Vidaxl early this morning the screenshots showing zero delivery attempts on ACS tracking. Vidaxl customer service people have no concern or respect for their customers and make excuses for the incompetence of the delivery company.

Extremely disappointing support
Extremely disappointing customer service.
It has now been 8 days since I placed my order, and the tracking status has not changed at all. It still only shows "Shipment data received," which indicates that the courier appears to have received only the shipment information—not the actual parcel.
To make matters worse, the courier shown in the tracking does not even operate in Greece, yet despite repeatedly asking, no one has been able to tell me which local courier will actually deliver my order once it reaches my country.
Today I spent hours trying to contact customer support through every available channel. Instead of receiving answers to my specific questions, I was sent the same copy-and-paste response over and over again by different agents, completely ignoring what I had asked.
This is not customer service. Customers deserve clear information, transparency, and real communication—not automated template replies.
Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the appropriate European consumer protection authorities.
Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this company based on the level of support I have received.

VidaXL refuse to provide installation instructions for their product.
Purchased a sliding door mechanism from a reseller. No instructions were included, and VidaXL customer services refuse point blank to let me see any safety or assembly documentation, and say that I have to get them from the reseller. The reseller appears to be having the same problem.
I'm pretty sure that inadequate concrete fixings were included, but without instructions I don't really know how they are intended to be used.
One of the least customer focussed companies I have ever dealt with. They would rather argue and quote policy endlessly than actually help a customer with one of their products - which they could easily do if they wanted to.

Continuation of my VidaXL odyssey...
I have now packed and returned the product, which I would once again like to emphasize is completely unusable due to its extremely poor quality.
The product itself cost €100. Returning it cost me another €41, and VidaXL will deduct this amount from my refund. In other words, I have lost €41 and spent countless hours dealing with a product that should never have been sold in the first place.
So, after receiving a defective and unusable product, I am the one who has to pay for the privilege of returning it.
Shopping at VidaXL has turned into a penalty rather than a purchase.
My advice: avoid VidaXL if you value your time, your money, and decent customer service.

Δεν έμεινα ικανοποιημένος. Οι πέργκολες που αγόρασα ήτανε πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας, φτερό στον άνεμο, λες και ήταν από υλικό συμπαγές πριονίδι, παρότι γράφει πως είναι από υλικό μασίφ ξύλο. Φαίνεται έτοιμο να σπάσει με λίγο αέρα.
