Good products at a good price BUT this is a European company that ships from warehouses outside of Greece, a fact that is not mentioned anywhere. Whether you register as a corporate customer or a retail customer, it's clear you won't receive a Greek invoice, as they simply cannot provide one. As for customer service, you’d better hope you don’t need it. They respond via email using Google Translate, more or less. No proper communication, no accountability on their part.

Εκανα δυο φορες παραγγελια και ηρθε μεσα σε περιπου 5-7 ημερες η πρωτη. Η δευτερη αργησε παραπανω καθως μεσολαβουσε σαββατοκυριακο.
Τα προιοντα ηταν ακριβως οπως στην περιγραφη και στις φωτογραφιες. Θα το ξαναεπελεγα.

I ordered 2 x Ratan couches from this…
I ordered 2 x Ratan couches from this crowd. They came and I had to assemble them. As you can read in some of the posts assembly is impossible unless you have an engineering degree and workshop full of tools an F1 teem would appreciate. The assembly instructions are useless and badly printed. I see they are based in Holand but you can see that the products are manufactured in the east, the quality is so crap it makes me laugh.
I have redesigned the whole couch assembly method which cannot be done by someone without engineering skills and tools. If you do not have these skills DO NOT BUY KIT FORM PRODUCTS FROM THESE CLOWNS
I will be buying nothing assembled or not

Απαράδεκτοι, έκανα παραγγελία ένα έπιπλο ΣΤΙΣ 1/12, ήρθε 23/12 και παρ’όλο που καθυστέρησε σχεδόν 1 μήνα, με το που ήρθε έλειπαν εξαρτήματα. Τώρα πρέπει να περιμένω άλλες 3 βδομάδες δηλαδή να μου τα στείλουν για να το συναρμολογήσω… αν δε βιάζεστε να πάρετε κάτι και δεν έχετε πρόβλημα να περιμένετε κάνα 2μηνο αυτό το σάιτ είναι το καταλληλότερο
+το ότι συνεργάζονται με τη χειρότερη μεταφορική που ακόμα και το ανηψάκι μου θα μπορούσε να εξυπηρετήσει καλύτερα τους πελάτες της
Unacceptable, I ordered a piece of furniture on 1/12, it arrived on 23/12 and even though it was almost 1 month late, when it arrived, parts were missing. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks for them to send them to me so I can assemble it… if you are not in a hurry to get something and you don't mind waiting 2 months, this site is the best
+the fact that they work with the worst shipping company that even my little nephew could serve their customers better

Λυπάμαι ειλικρινά. Απαράδεκτο.
Λυπάμαι ειλικρινά! Είναι ίσως η μοναδική φορά που αξιολογώ ένα προϊόν και μάλιστα αρνητικά. Δυστυχώς αυτό που παραλάβαμε είναι ανεκδιήγητο. Ένα ερείπιο έτοιμο προς κατεδάφιση. Τίποτε δεν ήταν στη θέση του. Τα καρφάκια τοποθετημένα με "σάλιο". Τα ζύγια του απαράδεκτα. Αναγκαστήκαμε να το κρατάμε τρία άτομα και να το δένουμε με τα δεματικά καλωδίων μπας και στηριχθεί, γεγονός βέβαια που το καθιστά σταθερό κι όχι ανοιγόμενο. Φυσικά δεν ανταποκρίνεται καθόλου ως προς την τιμή του. Στη φυσική αγορά βρίσκαμε πολύ πιο σταθερά στη μισή τιμή, απλά δεν τα προτιμήσαμε γιατί θέλαμε να ανοιγοκλείνει.
