Bought some shelves, and they are very poor quality (holes are pre-drilled, but once you assemble them, they do not allign nicely). Waste of 30 euros for shelves.
Pictures do not show real product. On the picture, the sides of the shelves where showing as uniform - but the "real" product had screws on the sides. And to cover those, in the package were stickers included. Which in the end, looks terrible, nothing like in the pictures on the website.

Naručio sam zaštitu za stol 160x90 cm i 200x100 cm debljine 2 mm kako je vidljivo i u ponudi i računu, međutim dobio sam u naručenoj površini a debljine 1,5 mm.
Dakle umjesto debljine 2 mm isporučeno mi je u debljini od 1,5 mm, što je velika razlika i zbog čega je značajno umanjena funkcionalnost zaštite.

Drugi put narucila.sad uzela kuaponski set koji je dolazio na 2 puta.i jos neznam da li je sve doslo jer se sastoji od ogledala i 2 ormarica a doslo je samo 2 paketa.nikad vise

Na slici izgleda luksuzno, ali u stvarnosti – katastrofa!

Kupila sam vrtni set s velikim očekivanjima, ali sam se brutalno razočarala čim sam ga izvadila iz kutije. Ovo je jedan od onih proizvoda koji izgledaju lijepo samo na internetu, dok uživo odmah shvatite da je toft.

🔧 Sastavljanje – frustrirajuće!
Rupe za vijke nisu poravnate, a sve djeluje kao da je loše sklepano. Vijci se jedva mogu zategnuti jer se konstrukcija doslovno “pomotala”. Izgleda kao da su ga pravili bez šablone i alata. Trebalo mi je daleko više vremena nego što bi trebalo za ovakav komad.

🪵 Konstrukcija je slabašna i nesigurna
Ispod su tanke šipke koje izgledaju kao da ne mogu izdržati ni prosječnu težinu. Ozbiljno me strah sjesti jer sve djeluje kao da bi se moglo urušiti. Elementi se razmiču jer se nigdje ne pričvršćuju – što znači da ako sjede 2 osobe, sjede svaka na svojoj klimavoj jedinici.

🪑 Jastuci su neudobni i loše kvalitete
Tvrdi, tanki, krutog materijala i nimalo udobni. Nakon samo nekoliko korištenja već izgledaju izgaženo i izobličeno. Nema ni traga udobnosti.

📏 Set je prenizak za normalno sjedenje
Osjećaj kao da sjedite na podu – nije ergonomski, nije udobno, nije praktično.

🧱 Plastične nogice – dno dna kvalitete
Na slikama izgledaju kao metalne, ali uživo se vidi da su to tanke, jeftine plastične imitacije metala, koje se lako krive i pomiču. Daju nesiguran osjećaj i dodatno narušavaju stabilnost. Na betonu se neravnomjerno “klackaju”, a nisu ni izdržljive ni prikladne za vanjske uvjete.

🪞 Umjetni ratan izgleda dobro samo izdaleka
Na dodir se osjeti da je to tanak, šupljikav i loše ispleten materijal. Neki rubovi već su se počeli izvlačiti nakon par dana.

💸 Previsoka cijena za ono što zapravo dobijete
Očekivala sam nešto stabilno, udobno i izdržljivo, a dobila sam nešto što izgleda kao igračka i ne traje ni nekoliko dana bez problema. Apsolutno ne vrijedi novca.

The order and delivery were completed within the promised timeframe, which I appreciated. However, the quality of the product was very disappointing. The entire item arrived in slats that required assembly, but many of the holes were drilled incorrectly, making assembly difficult and frustrating. Additionally, several slats were cut at an angle, which affected the final stability and appearance of the product. Overall, while the shipping was reliable, the poor craftsmanship really let the whole experience down.

I found what I needed, ordered, payed, and it came as promised on time. Good enough for me!

Naručeno, ali nije poslano nema tracking number

I bought 6 beds, the problem started when I wanted to replace the beds as the size was not correct for my needs. I wanted to purchase a more expensive version and return the beds that were still in their original packaging. Thier service is non existing. There is a phone they don't answer, a chat button that doesn't work and emails that are atomatically replied with promise to call me back which never happened. I've been trying to get a reply from them for 7 days without any luck. Avoid this company as the moment you need some help with your order the help simply doesn't exist.
Update, after I wrote the negative review, my emails were finally answered by real human being. I was able to return the products, I paid for the shipment. It's pitty that only after bad review you are providing proper service. I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Hopefully in future you will have a more responsive customer service that doesn't require one week of emails to respond.

I bought a lot of furniture online. All the furniture that came was in a high degree of readiness, the sides and shelves had to be assembled. All the necessary tools were in the package. This box comes in parts like Lego bricks - each slat is separate, instead of the side panels that need to be assembled (the size of the package allows for this). In addition, you need to have a drill because not all the holes are drilled. For a nice look, you need to precisely place the slats at a distance of 6mm and drill the holes. Everything needs to be kept at a right angle. Maybe I would still put everything at an approximate distance if the slats were not of different lengths (type F varies by up to 5mm) and because of this it is not possible to assemble the slats nicely. Most of the slats are damaged and not completely painted. The baseboard is half painted.

Update: I was contacted by customer service who offered me a refund, which I was very pleasantly surprised by. This is commendable.

Vrlo loše iskustvo, jedna noga na stolu je bitno oštećena tako da sam morao popravljati. Ukupno, vrlo loš proizvod! NE PREPORUČAM!
VidaXL me je ugodno iznenadio povratom dijela cijene stola te sam u biti sasvim obeštećen.

Proizvod koji sam kupila, bočna tenda je katastrofa. Uslijed malog vjetra materijal bude kao jedro, razvlači se. Fali mu najmanje još dva stupa da bi bio funkcionalan. Uostalom, sve mu fali. Također se ne može uvući nazad nakon što se razvuče, feder loš. Žali Bože para.
