I purchased a metal storage shed
I purchased a metal storage shed, but it arrived dented and with sheet metal as thin as a soda can. For a price of €200, this is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this company at all.
Additionally, despite clearly indicating during registration that this purchase was made by a business, they were unable to issue an invoice even a month after the purchase. It’s a complete disaster. To this day, the invoice still hasn’t been issued.
Avoid this company at all costs!

I chose a shipping method to parcel…
I chose a shipping method to parcel locker. I have noticed that my parcel is not being delivered. It was sent to Lithuania and got stuck here. I had to write to DPD company to ask about this situationand appearantly the package is to big to be shipled to the parcel locker. I then sent them my home adress and received the package, however it arrived later then expected and I needed it urgently...
Everything is ok, I just think that this issue could be solved, you just need to improove the system, that if the percel is large, abcustomer should not be able to choose a shipping to parcel locker method.

Sofa
Only in the photo does the sofa look perfect. In reality, sofa armrests have different shapes, they did not get the same shape after more time. The right-hand armrest looks like it's been used before. We didn't return sofa back, because at that moment our children needed it very much but i rate it badly.

I have no complaints about the service, but I was disappointed with the quality of the bench: the leather is very thin, the foam is also weak, it is even inserted folded - that's why there is a bump (bumpy).

Shop twice sent damaged pool pump, instead of 3-5days delivery, they took more than month. There is no service phone, i was assisted by emails, each day different service employee, in total of 8-9 different employees responding same thing, how sorry they are and that i should accept 30eur compensation or return unit. I accepted unit return, this took approx. 10-14 days, even when they state in website that they have unit in warehouse and delivery would be 3-5d. That was a lie, and a reason to reject offer to return unit, especially that shop already twice sent defective unit, and were asking to try third time, wasting additional 10-14days.
After tens of emails trying to come up with compromise, they were strict with primary offer, 30eur refund, 50eur coupon or return/replace. Got tired of all this, accepted 30eur and filled review. Only then they reached me with extra excuses and proposed composate additional 40eur.
My experience with vidaxl shows that only negatives review in trustpilot makes them to come up to You with more adequate compensation.
