I placed an order for a tap with ‘standard delivery’, it took 3 weeks to arrive with no delivery update until I emailed to chase. They only responded when the tracking finally changed, which I could see for myself anyway. When I needed to return it, there was a big delay in receiving a response via their help email address and when they eventually responded, they advised that the return address was in China and would be at my expense. I was happy to send back at my expense within the UK but there was no mention that their return facility was in China when I purchased. This key omission in their Ts & Cs is of course illegal. I asked them to send me a return label 16 days ago due to this breach of UK consumer laws and they have failed to respond. The tracked return to China is more than the tap is worth and they know this. I also cannot trust that they would even refund once it was received back. This is a company that is not operating legally and should not be trusted. AVOID.

I purchased 2 x wall lights, the Lura Contemporary Layered Crystal Prism Wall Lights.
They arrived in good time but the colour of the lights didn't match the picture. I ordered Black (not Gold) but when it arrived the was a reflective surface which made the colour look more of a shiny grey.
I emailed them to tell them I wasn't happy as they don't match the pendants I have in my house, I also included photos. It took many emails to get a reply and that was only due to me saying that I would give them a bad review.
Their reply was extremely disappointing.. they said the product has been received as per the picture and the specs.. Sorry to say, they are totally wrong which I mentioned to them . I asked for a refund and now they aren't replying to me. I've been sending follow up emails but still nothing.
I only wish I could attache photos to this review.
I don't know what sort of business they are, but to keep my money is appalling’s.
My warning is, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Fabulous quality vela bathroom tap. Very happy with Vieur and at great prices. This is my first tap from them. Only wish there was more color choice, buying for my adult son's room, plain dark colors would be perfect.
