This company is stealing money from their customers. I had 5 charges in September alone each for 29.95. I have not used their service for over a year and never subscribed. I disputed previous fraudulent charges as well and all of the sudden it is starting again.

This company is scamming consumers. How can we stop this? With so many complaints and theft how can this business still be allowed to operate.
Who and why is nobody willing to charge these clearly and obvious scammers? So frustrating. I reached out for PayPal as I used them for a $1 report thankfully but they better prove that they are also worth doing business with.

Do not use this company. I cancelled this and they keep charging me for months and won’t refund. Every month they say the same thing which it is cancelled and no further charges. Then they charge again.

I got charged $29.95 after i canceled the subscription

Paid $1 for VIN report, then charged $29.95 hidden subscription. Cancellation blocked, refund delayed. Only got money back after disputing with bank. Beware.

Fraud!!! If you buy a report for 1$ they will later on deduct 29.95$ claiming that you entered a conscription. Beware!!! FRAUD!!

This is a bogus company!!!! This operation has to be illegal!!!! Do yourself a favor and do not ever use these scammers. They do not cancel your service and continue to bill your credit card. Had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charges. This was two years ago, and now I am disputing charges again from these clowns because Citibank, among other creditors, uses account updater software to gain your information back. Cancelled card again, and soon to be cancelling Citibank!

Same experience as everyone else, SCAM! I used paypal and paypal sides with the scammer. I had to report fraud to my bank. Cancelled paypal account also.

I was scammed by VinHistoryUSA. I thought I was paying $1 for a single VIN report, but instead I was unknowingly signed up for a $29.95/month subscription. The subscription terms were not clearly disclosed at checkout. They were buried in fine print at the very bottom of a long page that looked like generic ads. Most people would never see it until after the charge hits their account.

The “VIN report” they provide is essentially worthless — very basic information you can find free online (year, make, model, recalls), nothing like a real Carfax or NMVTIS report. Total scam.

When I tried to cancel immediately, their unsubscribe link led to an error page. I emailed them asking for cancellation and a refund. They sent a copy-paste reply telling me to use the broken unsubscribe link, then ignored my follow-ups. Scam.

I filed disputes with PayPal and Bank of America. Shockingly, both denied my claim, saying I “didn’t cancel in time,” ignoring that the subscription was hidden and cancellation didn’t work. This is exactly how VinHistoryUSA makes money — deceptive billing, useless product, no customer support, and hiding behind payment processors.

I also filed complaints with the FTC and BBB, but the company never responded.

Complete Scam DO NOT give them any information not even your email address.
They did not even have accurate VIN reports, I looked up a vehicle we purchased(which was stolen per the police we bought it from) plus my other vehicles, nothing was accurate.
Then they charge you $29.95 and even when unsubscribe it keeps coming out, the only phone number that works to contact them is a tel:+18776768162, every other number is disconnected and the woman I talked to at this number is not nice and will not even begin to give you a refund.

BUYER BEWARE.

I was charged $29.95 USD for a service I did not agree to subscribe to. I noticed the charge immediately and canceled the subscription. I emailed the company to let them know it was a mistake. Jack Kenny emailed back completely ignoring my initial email and proceeded to tell me how to cancel. I cancelled reoccurring payments on PayPal and I will be reporting this to my bank and PayPal. Complete scam!

​I was lured in by a $1 charge for a vehicle history report, only to discover it was a deceptive trap for a recurring $29.99 monthly fee. But the money is only half the problem. The report itself was a complete joke. I needed information on a car with a branded title, and the report came back with a perfectly clean history—a total lie. The information was not just bad; it was actively misleading and could have put me in a bad situation if I hadn't known better.
​When I tried to get a refund, their "customer service" was nothing short of appalling. I spoke to a representative who told me a refund was not possible and then, in a moment of pure contempt, said, "I don't care about you."
​That is how Vinhistoryusa.com operates—they steal your money with fraudulent charges and then treat you like trash when you call them out on it. This company has no shame and should be avoided at all costs.

Do ever use this service! I canceled my subscription within the allowable free period. However I was still billed for 4 months. I was refunded for only 2 months despite the company agreeing that I had cancelled my subscription in time. They will not refund that other 2 months.

They took money out of my account and refused to pay it back. I would give them a less than star review if it was optional. Do Not Use This Company It's A FlemFlam.
