Total scam. Authorized 1.00 for vin history report. Received general information report with little detail. Was then charged a 29.95 unauthorized subscription fee a week later. Contacted seller with no help.

I would give a zero. I paid $1 for suppose free report then, $29.95 1 week later then another $29.95 2 weeks after. A total rip off.

Website said VIN History was $1, but I was charged $1 twice. Then a week later I was charged $29.95 for a subscription that I never ordered. Very frustrating.

Stay away!!! This is a predatory website. They should be shut down and the owners put in jail.
I ordered a vehicle report back in May, for $1.00. I never received it. Some guy named Jack Kenny sent a message saying the VIN didn't exist. I was my own vehicle. I checked it with my sales order and title. The VIN was accurate. I asked for a report or a refund for the $1.00. I got neither. Instead, Ive been charged for the past 3 months, $29.95!!!. I demanded a refund for the initial $1.00, as well as the 3 months

I subscribed to get one Vin report and these people keep billing me despite my efforts to cancel. I emailed them to cancel and they emailed back saying to go to the initial email and follow the link. There is no initial email or link! If you go to the website the phone number does not work. They answer and put you on hold and then tell you no one‘s available and hang up.The chat says they will look into it and let you know. And when you ask chat why the website says cancellations and refunds are no questions asked, chat replies that they know nothing about that, thank you very much, Chat back anytime and disconnect. What a shoddy operation this is! How does somebody like this stay in business with this many complaints out there? So in the meantime, while I am arguing with them to cancel my subscription to this rip-off, my bank is still paying them despite my efforts to stop it! Do not do business with this company!

They are scammers from India who steal your money. The lady on there is the worst. I ask for a manager and they said there is no manager.

I was charged a dollar per report for several reports. They then put me on a monthly subscription without me knowing it. I guess to good to be true, learn from my mistake and do not use them at all. The reports were crap also. Carfax was way better, and I know exactly what I paid for even though it was more they were way better.

They opened 2 accounts for me so when I tried to cancel they only canceled one. I could not cancel the second account because it is automated and they kept saying my account was canceled but I would still get charged $30 a month. Had to call my bank to stop charges. Not to mention the vin report tells you nothing. Total scam website

This is a predatory site and I'm not sure if what they're doing is legal... I paid for one VIN report. It was advertised as free then they said it was $1, and I thought well $1 is no big deal.
Then they charged me for $29.99 seven days later for a subscription that is NOT DISCLOSED on the website page where I initially paid! They have a phone number on there claiming they offer refunds, but the woman I spoke to claimed it was disclosed on their website, even though I checked back and it absolutely is not. They still refused to give a refund even though I called while the charge is still pending and I won't be using the service at all for the month they charged me for. So that's basically robbery. My family is on a tight budget, and they are taking advantage of their users. I've learned my lesson to search trust pilot reviews before using any internet services, but someone ought to bring this company to court, because I'm pretty sure it's illegal not to clearly disclose these monthly memberships.

scammers. i paid $1 for a vhr thru this company, i didnt receive it in an email as promised. i had to go back to the website and rerun the report after which i was still not able to get the report in print or pdf. i had to pay $1 more for a pdf or $1 to print the report, the links did not work so was not able to get a hard copy of the report other than what was on my screen. the information in the report was not accurate and and the information that was provided was competely useless. i used carfax and got a complete report with all the correct information. they also sign you up for a $30 monthly subscription where the details are hidden in fine print at the bottom of the email, at no time was it divulged that there was a subscription involved for get the $1 report. when you try to call any of the multiple numbers they provide they never answer the phone regardless of the time you call, you just get a message that the person you're trying to contact is unavailable and it hangs up. this company is a total scam.

I made a one-time purchase of a vehicle report, but a few days later they charged me $29.95 for a subscription I never agreed to. I didn’t receive any email confirmation or cancellation instructions. There’s no way to unsubscribe in the account, and support just keeps sending copy-paste replies.

This is unauthorized billing and a deceptive business model. I’ve filed reports to the FTC (Report #190972777) and the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Avoid this site.

THE MONEY CAN BE REFUNDED!!!! these are scammers, and buying a fake report from them will automatically charge you $30 for a subscription after 3 weeks. The money can be returned through a paid request from your bank and the cost of this service will be 2/3 of the payment amount. But you need to request a refund on the website several times and take screenshots of the chat.

Vinhistoryusa is a scam . Thought I was getting a $1.00 vin history with email report. No email report was provided and they started billing me 29.95 on a recurring basis. Phone number provided was a dead end.

No wonder these rotten slimeball scammers have just a one star review out of 710. Don't fall for their $1 VIN history gimmick. There's a checkbox at the end when you pay that commits you to a $30 per month subscription. When I called to get a refund and let them know that we had not signed up for a subscription, I got a nasty, arrogaant, argumentative, belligerent woman on the phone who was so rude and obnoxious, she ultimately hung up on me. The physical address they post up is a fake. Stay away from these scammers.

Vinhistoryusa is a total scam, please avoid at all cost! I was not able to open the download or print the "report". Thank god the fraud department of my bank called me just minutes after I made the mistake of giving vinhistory my cc information. I ended up having to go to my bank today and get a new card, what a hassle! Hard to believe there are so many scammers out there!

Completely scam, once you sign up, it is impossible to cancel subscription.

Once I realized this site doesn't provide the information I was looking for I decided to cancel my 7-day free trial. I had to jump through loops and hoops to get someone on the phone and the link they send you to cancel doesn't work at all. I had better luck using chat to be able to 'speak' to someone. I was told a ticket had to be sent to cancel before I was charged for the monthly subscription. Well I was charged the monthly subscription and ended up having to contact my bank to help me get my money back. I will never use this business again.

Very limited information and want to up charge for any info that is relevant. Customer service won't let you have the full months worth of use if you call to cancel any time before the month is over. Hard to understand why I can't cancel the next month subscription any time before the subscription i paid for is expired without losing access to the time I was charged and paid for

They just provide general vehicle model information, trying to charge you more for each info, email or print, then they put you on monthly $29.95 subscriptions and disconnect phone on you.

I tried to get a VIN history and it never worked. So I ask for a refund the same day. They continued to charge me another $29.95. I tried to get a refund 3 time and they just keep telling me they will forward it to their support team. Then the support team has never gotten back to me.
