We saw Debbie at St David's church, Lordswood, Chatham.
She was very helpful, we received a very good price for the various items we bought along so I was delighted.
She also gave us good advice about a gift of dolls given to us by a famous dancer, so we found her helpful and informative, thank you.

A very speedy and efficient service (Swinnerton Hall, Kingston upon Thames). James was friendly and informative, and I shall be keeping an eye out for future roadshows.

She was friendly and professional. We discussed the value of the miscellaneous articles I brought along before she made me a fair offer, which I accepted.
There was no obligation, a free service and above all trust on both parts. I will gladly use the service again.

Visited the Hampton Hill day to sell my coin collection. Received a fair and quick assessment of everything by Colin and felt I received a very reasonable offer for the items which was promptly processed. Lovely guys to chat to as well.

Just visited vintage roadshows at my local church hall. I didn’t sell anything, I did receive good (helpful and kind) advice about a watch my dad gave me and another item. Friendly and plain speaking - thank you!

Visited the Roadshow in Banstead, Surrey. Met Debbie who was very friendly and was knowledgeable about the items I had brought along.
She carefully explained how she had valued the items and offered a good price for them. A very professional company that I would use again.

We met Colin during our visit and he was very professional and helpful. He came up with a very fair valuation of several items and explained how he had reached that price. We were very impressed with the level of service and face to face interaction with Colin and I would not hesitate to recommend Vintage Road Shows to other visitors.

Event easy to get to. Must have arrived at a good time because no queue. Gave me a fair appraisal of jewellery I had, some silver or gold and some costume jewellery. I would happily visit them again if I had anymore unwanted jewellery

Visited bradwell site with my mum, Colin was very friendly polite and courteous. He purchased a couple of items from us and we were happy with the price. He wasn't interested in some notes we had, but gave advice on where best to sell them and how much we should expect to get for them.

I went to the roadshow near Great Yarmouth and was seen by Debbie. I’d taken a few bits of jewellery and a couple of other things, none of which I thought had any great value. Debbie was very efficient and professional and offered me a good price collectively on the items I chose to sell, and also advised I’d be better off selling a couple online. I would recommend and go again!

What an efficient, professional service. We were offered more for our gold than one of their competitors, no sales talk or haggling, just upfront, honest and personable. I would highly recommend the team here.

Heard that they were at a local church so as I had a variety of jewelry stuff from my late Mother went along. All went quick and easy, and felt happy with the service. Agreed a price and left with a pocket of cash. Better than the stuff just doing nothing in a drawer. Would be happy to use again.

Visited the roadshow at Oakwood on 29 July and was seen by Deborah. We had taken an assortment of old coins, toys and other items, none thought to be of high value. Deborah had a good look through and gave an honest assessment of their value but agreed to pay £20 for the lot.

Visit to Paul’s sports club Stoke park Ipswich 17th July Nice relaxed atmosphere, had a chat with two gentlemen and sold my item without any hassle.

Visited the Barnet venue, I took items that it stated they would be interested in, ie cameos , diamond rings , vesta cases, etc. But in reality, they are only really interested in the gold and silver, (scrap price offered). The opal and diamond in the rings were worth more than the offer for the gold alone , Don't waste your time on a visit , !!!!

A Comforting Experience at Mountnessing Village Hall – Thursday 3rd July.
I was drawn to the event at Mountnessing Village Hall by a beautifully colourful and detailed brochure that arrived through my letterbox. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed — a friendly gentleman greeted me right in the car park, setting the tone for a warm, reassuring atmosphere.

After signing in, I was joined by Colin, who kindly helped me unpack my items for sale. His compassion, attentiveness, and genuine conversation brought comfort during what could have been an emotional task. We spoke after the sale concluded, and his thoughtful words reminded me that I am not alone in my bereavement — a sentiment that truly stayed with me.
Items I parted with included binoculars, some jewellery, coins, and ornaments. I chose to keep a brooch as a keepsake, a small yet meaningful token amidst a much-needed moment of connection.

Thank you to all involved for turning a practical event into something truly personal.
