I have been a loyal customer ever since I discovered this brand and they do not disappoint! I contacted them for a problem with my order and they went above and beyond with their service and resolution! I will continue to support Violette_Fr not just because of their amazing products but their responsive customer service! For people who are having problems with delivery, Sephora carries them but i have ordered multiple times from their actual website and always got my products! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Помадой такого качества пользуюсь впервые , она создает впечатление маленькой тайны, секрета, который знаешь толькоо ты. Помада долго не стирается, устойчивая, имеет приятный вкус и не создает тяжести на губах, не липнет. Рекомендую попробовать ее всем.

Violette_FR is the only skin-care and cosmetics line I've ever encountered from which EVERY product exceeds my expectations. Every lipstick shade, every eyeshadow looks good on me! I think it's because the formulas are each so individually customizable; it's easy (and fun!) to experiment and combine them, to try different finishes and application techniques, etc. and explore what works best. I've had some lovely surprises! The skincare is also top-notch and helps me create a simple but very effective routine. There is truly something magical about this line; I've never had products romance me like this, and make me feel wonderful no matter which of them I'm wearing. It's a company that lets me be "me but better" with it's products, and brings out my creative side; that's how I know whatever look I create is really mine. Love it all!

The stain lasts long and isn't sticky like others I have tried. Customer service was very fast in responding to an issue I had with the color lot and replaced the item right away.

I ordered two Lip Nectars and I love the shades — the colors are the best part for me. When applied, there’s a slight cool feeling, and the texture is not sticky at all; it feels more like a light oil. The color also lasts for several hours.

I have very dry and sensitive lips and live in the dry Los Angeles weather. The product didn’t make my lips more moisturized, but it also didn’t dry them out, which is important for me.

Overall, I would highlight the colors above everything — they’re really beautiful.

I tried bisou balm ( bonbon coquelicot) and I have no words to describe how beautiful it is!!! The best balm/lipstick ever and the color is stuning!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The delivery was very slow but the customer care really took care of my complaint and was helpful and very kind, moreover the items worth the waiting! 👍🏻

First of all. I absolutly love the products of Violette_Fr and I have a lot of them. Lips, Eyes, Face, everything is perfect for me. Beyond that I can't understand some worse ratings here. I never had any problems with customer service. They are fast in answering and very nice all the time. Delivery is always fast, and just so you know, the company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner. So far, I can absolutely recommend Violette_Fr. To put it in Violette's words: Avec amour!

There was product error that purchased. Violette_FR team made it easy to contact and resolve the issue quickly, professionally and more importantly made me feel I mattered. There ability to make you feel more than just a customer or client, but as female wanting to help her fellow female. The products are superb and recommend for anyone to try.

Amazing products but endless delivery issues…. Ordered 2 blushers 2nd Feb been stuck on tracking since 11th Feb emailed Violette who gave me 3 different replies after serveral generic replies final outcome they say I need to wait 45-60 days before they’ll send a replacement 🫠😳😑 delivery is from
Netherlands to Spain so should take a week max 😑 read the response from @violette however using spring.gds as your courier company is probably an issue horrendous reviews and my second order apparently “attempted delivery “ I’ve been here the whole time 🙄🫠

I accidentally received the wrong item, so I contacted customer service by email. They responded within a very short time and immediately offered me two possible solutions. I chose to receive the correct lip product again, and they sent it to me free of charge — it’s already on its way. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and very kindly. I had no issues at all and am extremely satisfied with the support. Highly recommend!

I’m so grateful for the assistance i got from violette_fr with my international shipment. I reached for their help plenty of times. They replied instantly and effectively. They informed me about where the shipment was every time, where and when i would receive. I got the product today (bisou balm). It’s awesome! Exactly what i expected and what it was described at the site!

Love the products, nothing else comes on my lips and eyes since I know Violette_fr. I only had one issue with an order: I received the wrong product and had already opened it. Customer service responded very quickly, sent me the correct product, and even included a little surprise.

Die Produkte sind hochwertig und passen hervorragend zu meine Haut. Bei die 4 e Bestellung habe ich kein Sendungsnummer erhalten und den Kontaktformular auf die Seite hat auch nicht funktioniert. Die Customer Care Team war aber schnell hilfreich und sehr nett und am nächsten Tag habe ich schon mein BoumBoum Milk zuhause bekommen. 👍

I had a great experience with Violette_FR. I bought Plume Lip in Mon Chéri, Petal Bouche in Amour Fou, and Yeux Paint in Marron Glacé, and all of them are excellent in quality, texture, and color. On top of that, their customer service is great. There was a small issue with my order, and they fixed it immediately and very professionally. I’d happily order again!

costumer service is really helpful but there are some negatives point: the shipping is very long and the shipping tracker isn’t so updated and it makes difficult to establish the date of the delivery
