Amazing company! I had an issue with a bottle not functioning properly. The product was amazing, but the bottle was malfunctioning. Even though I didn't purchase it directly from them, their customer service promptly resolved my issue. They absolutely didn't have to do that and, in my opinion they went above and beyond. Next time I will just order directly from Violette.

Very underwhelmed by this relatively new cosmetic brand. High delivery charges across Europe but very slow deliveries. I have 2 orders dated 11 & 14 May, and have not received either. My enquiry to the brand via website and Instagram, remain unanswered. At the moment I’d be very reluctant to recommend them

I have tried most of their products and absolutely love them. My last order I received the wrong shade of blush, I contacted them and immediately they shipped the correct one. Customer service was very professional and hassle free. I recommend this brand 100%.

They responded very quickly and resolved the issue within a few hours, which allowed me to place a new order with the correct items. The process was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated the fast support.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish they included small goodies or freebies for new and returning customers, especially on larger orders. But overall, very good customer service and a pleasant experience so far.

Most important to me was the quick response I received from a member of your staff saying that would be happy to help me. I am a loyal customer and this type of customer support means a great deal.

I believe I’ve tried almost all of their products, especially the makeup ones, and I LOVE them ALL. They’re perfect for someone like me who isn’t a makeup artist but loves makeup, loves experimenting, and above all loves enhancing their features without completely changing themselves.
What really makes a huge difference, though, is the customer service: they are incredibly kind and always available, which is definitely not something to take for granted.

Violette Fr is a wonderful brand. The products speak for themselves. Every item I have purchased, I have loved. The balm amour lip balm is the most hydrating, comfortable lip balm on the market. Not only are the products superb, the customer care team is friendly, helpful, and prompt with their responses. I am a customer for life!

The team was dealing with a mishap that was not on their end where it appears everyone's orders are delayed, but they handled it with poise, grace, and kindness. They were also very prompt with the response time. While I have not yet received my items, I know the team has done all they can to get it out to me.

I bought a product but didn't receive it due to frequent misdelivery by our local USPS. However, I'm grateful for the helpful customer service team, which resolved the issue and even offered me a 20% discount for future purchases.

All my experiences with Violette_FR have been great. I discovered the brand while researching for an upcoming trip to France. The uniqueness of the products truly stands out and has helped me curate the exact look I wanted to achieve. The customer service team has also been fantastic. I encountered a problem with one of my orders and the problem was resolved the same day I reached out to them. They were so helpful and friendly, couldn't have been better. Violette's Customer Service was right on top of things on the rare occasion I needed them (and the issue turned out to be my fault). They were gracious and helpful.
I have tried many products from this line and have been wonderfully happy with all of them. I must say I cannot live without Boum-Boum Milk and have re-ordered many, many times. The refill pack is great and I recently subscribed so I should never run out!

I went to Mecca searching for a particular colour blush after the one I loved was discontinued. The lady tried on a few different brands then she led me to the Violette_fr brand. I had never heard of this brand. The cream stick blush felt so luxurious. I purchased the colour Aissa. It is beautiful. I usually put on about two coats and it lasts almost the full day. I pop a bit on my lids and lips. It melts into my skin and looks so natural.
I can’t wait to try more colours.
