only thing that would make it easier would be to mark suggested levels for shelves on poles

I have other clothing racks and this one is thinner and cheaper feeling. When I put it together one of the shelves bent. The poles are smaller in diameter from the other racks I purchased from other companies. I don't feel that for the price this was good quality. My Alera racks are made of sturdier metal and cost the same price. The only reason I bought this rack from Vipek instead is because it had two poles to hang two rows.

The cart I ordered was exactly what I expected. it's sturdy and was easy to put together. It arrived very promptly

The V5 was easy to assemble and provides a ton of space for storage. It seems fairly sturdy. Excellent for a room without a closet.

I had ordered a rack with cover online, directly from the VIPEK website, and the dimensions listed online for the entire clothing rack were not the same as when I measured the rack at home. The measurements of the rack at home, once received and assembled were a lot smaller than stated. Once I called customer service, and explained, they were going to ship the correct rack, but they emailed me again and asked me to send photos of the rack, so I did.

After review, they said the measurements listed online were of the cover, not the clothing rack. Then I sent them photos of the measurements of the cover and it was still smaller than listed. I advised, I had received the wrong clothing rack, after I dug deeper and searched other racks, and found another model that resembled the measurements I had sent out to customer service, but the rep. said, they didn't send me the wrong, that after review they could only issue a $50 dollar refund.

I didn't want to go back and forth on this issue, so I accepted the refund, but I was not happy at all with the purchase. I purchased a rack with the dimensions I wanted and received a completely different rack, that was smaller.

On another note, I will say, that I do like the clothing racks from VIPEK, they are easy to assemble and light. Not super strong material, but strong enough to hold the majority of my clothes.

Simple ordering process, delivered on time and product was as expected

Ordered a set of replacement bulbs for my 2024 Ram 3500. Had issues with a low beam light. Contacted customer support. They talked me through some steps with no luck. They sent me replacements within days and those corrected the problem. Great lights and awesome customer service team.

When ordered directly from VIPEK website, the product never came and experienced shipping problems. I had to order the same product off of Amazon, and that was actually delivered. Product itself is very sturdy, easy to put together, and solved my problem. Not sure if the initial shipping issues were on VIPEK's side or some other issue, but it delayed me getting the product for about one and and a half weeks.

My overall experience was excellent! The communications were accurate. The product arrived on time. The product packaging was the best I have ever seen. Assembly was easy and the product itself was just as described, very substantial and exactly what I wanted. I am a very happy customer, Thank you, Paul......

Remade my entire closet with Vipek. Tore out the wire shelving and started with a Vipek adjustable unit for the back wall. Added two smaller units on wheels. It's a small closet but I can easily roll a unit out of the way to get to the others. Really expanded my capacity, especially with keeping bins off the floor.
