Really they do not deserve one star - do you have a negative star?
they say they will exchange - as they come from china - it would take too long and too costly to send back. So offer of exchange - or return is fraudulent.
the quality - if you expect printed polyester fabric is good - but the site declares otherwise. not happy at all.

If only I'd read the reviews before I ordered and wised up by all the one stars and negative comments. The items on their website looked so lovely and the descriptions made them sound very good quality. I bought 2 tops and a pair of embroidered pants. Nothing like the photos and descriptions. I was surprised they were posted from China as the order was from America (I thought). It arrived surprisingly quickly. Cannot express my disappointment, as so many others said in their reviews just screen printed on cheap thin stretchy material, and not well made. Website said linen and the photos don't resemble the product at all. Obviously a scam. I hope all the negative reviews and complaints will be seen by someone who can shut this organisation down.

Site arnaque à fuir!! Les articles envoyés ne correspondent absolument pas aux photos, sur le site les photos ressemblent à de superbes pulls et quand vous les recevez ce sont de vulgaires sweats en mauvais polyester avec un vilain dessin imprimé
Impossible de les retourner car ils refusent surtout n'achetez pas !!!!!

They advertise knitted garments. What you get are polyester garments with printed designs of what you see on website. Its a massive CON. They're also not forthcoming in providing a refund, telling you a refund will take a long time to process in China and offering future discount codes. Can't stand these Chinese companies hiding behind USA based websites. Doesn't reflect well on that nations people.

Buyers Beware
This is a total rip off and a sham. Bought 3 items that upon delivery bore no resemblance to what was advertise on the website. Website states items were 95% cotton but these items are 100% nylon and very poorly stitched together.
Going buy the other reviews I won't be getting nay money back. I am usually pretty good at checking reviews but didn't in this case. Wish I had. Good lesson for the future.
The products on this site are absolute garbage. They are that bad that I can't even wear them.

Never received the products, told to go to courier

BUYER BEWARE. Do not buy anything from this company. The items displayed by the models (likely AI) do not represent the garbage that will be delivered to your door. The return policy is a sham - they have no intention of allowing you to return the products you bought in good faith. Total waste of money. They'll offer discounts in lieu of returning the product, then a bigger discount, then dissuade you from returning the items because you have to pay the postage to China, the cost to return it isn't worth it, and there is no guarantee they would refund the payment once they receive it. Totally frustrating, waste of time, and money, and material. This is a sham if I've ever seen one. Lesson learned. Do not buy anything from this company.

You guys should be turned in. I just got my package and opened it up. I was so disappointed. It was supposed to be a knitted sweater coat. Instead it was a printed on. And you guys said if I returned it I would not get my money back. But I would get a gift card. Why would I want anything else for your site. People please don’t buy from here. I should turn you guys in if I knew how. I’m pissed

Habe minderwertig und völlig falsche Ware erhalten.
Hatte zwei dicke Wollpullis bestellt und ein Kleid (!) und einen anderen dünnen Pullover aus Chemiefaser bekommen.
Sollte die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken.
Absolut unseriös !!!!!!!!!!!

Vorsicht, ihr bekommt NICHT das, was ihr Denk ...

ABER: Auch wenn ich die Enttäuschung der anderen Verfasser gut nachvollziehen kann, das was man bekommt wirklich ist nicht schlecht.

Der Pullover ist gut verarbeitet, alle Nähte passen und das bedruckte Muster ist so verarbeitet, dass men es an den Nähten nicht sieht, es wurde sich hier wirklich mühe gegeben. Auch nach mehrmaligem Waschen ist der Druck so wie es sein soll.

Die Pullies sind recht dünn, aber flauschig, Perfekt für einen Sommerabend am Lagerfeuer.
Auch wenn das als echter Strickpullover SEHR viel geiler wäre, sieht man den Unterschied aus 2m Entfernung schon nicht mehr und man ist überall ein absoluter Hingucker :)
Und er ist so auch viel Pflegeleichter als ein wirklicher Strickpulli ... ;)

Die Ware kommt in ca 2 - 3 Wochen!

Auch wenn es effektiv Betrug ist und eine ehrliche Beschreibung in jedem Fall bessser wäre ... 1,5 * hat der Laden aber wirklich nicht verdient.

Je modifie mon avis : "J'ai été débité 2 fois par ces voleurs qui ne m'ont rien livré, FUYEZ SITE ARNAQUEUR", le lendemain de la publication de cet avis, j'ai reçu les 2 pulls commandés. La qualité est pourrie et n'a rien à voir les photos resplendissantes du site : les pulls semblaient être tricotés à la main sur le site... en fait, ce n'est qu'un motif imprimé sur un tissus de qualité médiocre et qui ne ressemble pas du tout au pull chaud que le visuel laissait entendre...

If I could have done "0" stars I would have.

This is the biggest case of false advertising that I've run across in a long time. The pictures of the products on the website are not remotely close to the product that arrives. The sweaters are advertised as "sweaters" or "chunky sweater" - what arrives is a cheap screen-printed, light-weight shirt. They are EXTREMELY difficult in dealing with when it comes to returning/refunding your order. All they do is offer a coupon (20% off next purchase) - as if I'll ever buy anything from them again. I'm apparently out my $ and lesson learned. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

As everyone stated, total misrepresenation of product. Presents as chunk knit sweater and comes as the cheapest sweatshirt you've never wanted with the print of the "sweater" on it.
Total Scam.

My dad bought these for me and he was so excited, he thought they were actually knitted in Ireland, and that is why it took so long to get to me. Nothing like defrauding old folks. Sad.

I am trying to return them, only way is to send them an email and I have yet to get a response.

Steer clear.

The merchandise was not a described. The merchandise is cheap and extremely low quality. They are not sweaters at all just a cheap nylon type sweatshirt. Ruff texture and very ugly.
When we tried to request a refund all we got was the run around. They never followed through on the return request. They insist we pay for the return ourselves back to China. They wear you down until your do ticked off you say screw it. That's what their goal is.
Consumer Beware save your money and your frustration.
