Brought a 5mm Cuban which was looking forward too due to the raving reviews about this company. Bracelet delivered and it looks NOTHING like the one on the model. 1- it’s absolutely tiny and thin and 2- it’s bright Yellow gold not natural pale looking or thicker as the picture on the model and website shows. Model wearing thicker but pale gold bracelet I received something that looks like tacky fake gold. Anyway complained to someone and all they asked was to “get a tape measure and let them know how I get on”. Besides answering what I was asking him “JAMES” T***

Looking into your order specifically, I can see you were sent and received the exact 5mm Cuban you ordered. Naturally the width of the Cuban you ordered, can look slightly different on different individuals, due to the likes of different heights and body types, which is to be expect. Our customer service team kindly advised you that you could use the likes of a measuring device, such as a ruler or tape measure to confirm the exact Cuban width received. This was to specifically reassure you that you indeed received the Cuban you purchased.
In regards to our real gold plating, it sounds like your individual preference is simply a lower karat of gold such as 14k where the lustre and colour of the gold will be paler. Each of our pieces are finished in real 18k gold, which has a higher purity of gold than 14k, and I can reassure you, our jewellery looks exactly the same as the solid gold equivalent.

I’m disappointed to say the least
I’m disappointed to say the least. The colour on the rope chain I bought is dull and dark. It doesn’t look like 18k gold. So much so, it’s in the drawer and not going to get worn. It’s a decent weight but that’s about it.
