Had an issue with a product ie wrong one was sent, emailed the company within 4 days received the correct product did not have to send the other product back till received the correct one, one amazing customer service department.

The products are top quality and I would defo advise any one to buy from them as the price are amazing also, as am writing this am looking at a new necklace 😜

I've been using Virage products to add the finishing touches to outfits for a while now. The pieces never look cheap or tacky, and the low prices make it fun and affordable. There is definitely a real worry factor involved in walking around with expensive solid gold jewellery (loss, damage, theft!) Virage products allow me to get the look I want without the extra hassle :)

I ordered a chain and it arrived literally a day later, the quality is fantastic, it looks great and feels comfortable to wear.
I don't usually do reviews so this is special as I feel it deserves it.

The necklaces and the bracelet that l bought from them.
Are very beautiful and well made. I have given 2 of the necklaces away to my son and daughter in law.
They both loved them. I am wearing the bracelet. That l got from them. The day l received the item. I put the bracelet on. And that is probably 2 or 3 weeks ago now. And I haven't taken it off.
I would honest and truly recommend buying from them. Great service and very quick delivery service. With out any problems.

I've bought two items from virage now and they are both great quality and at a great price, the team seem very active in communicating with customers to give them the best information possible which shows they really care about their product. Definitely a five star experience.

Needed a rope extender for a rope chain that was not long enough for me. Easy to order, arrived in good time. Was exactly as described and shown and happy with my purchase.

I bought a crucifix and chain from Virage for my son who is going through a difficult time at the moment. I found this company whilst browsing online and can only recommend it to anyone. My order was processed very quickly and I was kept up to date at every stage.
My son loves his new chair and so far it seems to have given him a boost / strength to continue with his recovery.

I made 2 separate purchases from Virage London.
I was so impressed with my first purchase and speed of delivery that I made a second order, this did not go well, the fault being by the Post office delivering to an address not even remotely resembling my address.
I complained to the Post office that the picture of delivery didn’t come anywhere close to my location.
I also informed Virage, their reply was, it’s been delivered, the picture proves delivery.
The insinuation that I was not telling the truth without them making further enquiries suggests that they don’t have a customer care policy.
Luckily the owner of the address my package was delivered to was honest enough to hand deliver it to me.
I was going to purchase more from Virage London, but their unhelpful and rude response to my package being delivered to a different address has given me bad thoughts about this company.

There are plenty of companies supplying the same quality merchandise, they have not even apologised for their bad response to my delivery statement.
I suggest not using this company, try Eceex or Flaire , I am looking there now.

I can’t recommend Virage London highly enough. Their customer service has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

I accidentally had the wrong parcel sent to them, and without any hesitation they were kind enough to forward it on to the correct company for me. They really went above and beyond to help, which is so rare these days and was hugely appreciated.

On top of that, the products I ordered were exceptionalgreat quality and exactly what I was hoping for. Communication was excellent, responses were fast, and delivery was quick and hassle-free.
