Ich habe das erste mal über diesen Service gebucht. Trotz einiger technisch bedingten kleinen Komplikationen wurde immer zuverlässig und freundlich eine Lösung bereitgestellt und mir geholfen. Ich bedanke mich für die Geduld und das Kümmern.Insbesondere Frau Aysin war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie war sehr zuverlässig und hat sich um alles gekümmert. This company asks money only in cash. If you don’t pay you can’t leave the boat. For example, if you drop the cash in the water or if it flies away, you are doomed. For your information. My captain told me he will anchor the boat until he gets his money because I was a little short since I didn’t know I had bring a bag over 24,000 in CASH. He was very nice until he heard that I was a little short in cash. Then his face changed, turned red, and he was really angry. By the way, Captain DEDA told me that they will provide breakfast and dinner however they did not inform the price ahead of time. So if they ask you a higher price than you expected and then you cannot leave the boat. They told me that this is in the contract. You have to bring as much as possible to pay the captain. So you might as well bring an ATM with you. That is pretty much the only way to pay. My captain did not accept credit cards or checks or wire. SO bring a big fat bag of cash on the boat with you hahaha.

Booked a charter in Koh Chang from 10th to 15th May 2024. Initially had a lot of trouble paying through their portal because of my card being declined. Finally made the payment on a friends card on 1st May 2024. Received confirmation of the booking from viravira as well as the charter company "Aqua Charters". Being a last minute plan I booked unrefundable airtickets. At 0000hrs on 2nd May 2024 I received an email saying the charter company had relocated the boat and could not honour their commitment. Long story short : Viravira could do nothing to offer any alternate boat nor did they update me on their efforts despite several attempts made by me to connect on whatsapp. I merely received an email cancelling my booking and a message from payment gateway confirming refund. The entire experience was unsatisfactory.

Subsequently the Viravira team reached out and explained that there was a gap in communication from their side regarding the charter because Meryem ( the contact person) was unwell. They also assured me that they will review their processes and also remove Aqua Charterers from their listings. I have decided to give them one more chance as Meryem has taken effort to convince me of the team’s commitment towards customer satisfaction. I have changed my rating from 1 to 4

Meryem was very helpful. The owner of the first catamaran we were looking at for Rhodes, Greece changed the price by 2,000 EUR in the middle of the negotiations, so Meryem found us a NEWER catamaran for LESS MONEY! Who can ask for better service than that?

While making our reservation for a "Blue Voyage" trip in Kekova, which took a lot of time until we could make our mind, Vira Vira team was very helpful in aswering our questions.
