Bizim için çok çok güzel bir deneyim…

Bizim için çok çok güzel bir deneyim oldu. Özellikle Kemal Kaptan’a çok teşekkür ederiz. Biz Bodrum’dan çıktık ve kendisinin engin bilgi ve deneyimi ile sert rüzgara rağmen çok güzel koylarda muhteşem zaman geçirdik, ayrıca yelken öğrenmek için inanılmaz bir cevher. Bize çok faydalım bilgiler öğretti. İyi ki bu deneyimi yaşamışız. Teşekkürler Kemal Kaptan, teşekkürler vira vira.

11 kişilik grubumuzla tekne tatilimizi…

11 kişilik grubumuzla tekne tatilimizi Viravira üzerinden, Duygu Hanım’ın desteğiyle gerçekleştirdik. Tatil sürecinin başından sonuna kadar bizimle çok yakından ilgilendi, tüm sorularımıza hızlı ve çözüm odaklı şekilde yardımcı oldu. Sayesinde beklentilerimize uygun, sorunsuz ve keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Kendisine teşekkür ederiz.

Viravira'dan Deniz hanim, cok yardimci ve cok ilgili ihtiyacimiz olan tekneyi aninda buldu ve rezervasyonumuz yapti. Guvenle tercih edebileceginiz guzel bir kadrolari var. Tesekkurler Deniz hanim. Tesekkurler Viravira ailesi.

Unsafe way to rent a boat

You plan to spend thousands of euros, don’t bet on your money, safety, and vacation.

We booked a Beneteau 41, with Vira Vira for 3 weeks. We were asked to pay in full months ahead. The company they work with is Blue Wave. After a quick friendly payperwork and very short boat introduction they sent us away from Alimos Marina.
While on the way, after 2 hours, we found out that we have no VHF onboard, The fridge not working, Gas burner not working, Winch broken, among others.

We contacted Gloria, the base leader which asked us to anchor in a bay with high wave and await their mechanic in the morning. The mechanic was unable to fix the rotten fridge compressor and rotten gas burner. He did install a VHF, and managed to secure the winch.

The base manager is mostly unavailable and we had to wait for hours to ask what to do. Then, she just asked us to sail 5 hours back to their base. She also blamed us and said that the fridge was fine before.

Few mechanics came only the next day to our boat but said that the fridge and gas are so rusty and rotten that it cannot be fixed. Gloria asked to wait another day for other mechanics which never came.

At any moment during two days, no one from Blue Wave came to check on us, and Gloria just asked us to be patient when she did choose to answer our messages.

Blue Wave are not even the owner of the boat so they do not even care about the boat condition. The mechanic who came sent photos to the boat owner to let him know how badly his boat is taken care off.

We decided to dump the rotting 300 euro worth of food and buy new food and lots of ice for the fridge. We are leaving tomorrow morning for our sailing after 3 days that this Blue Wave just waisted our time.

My advice to anyone sailing in Greece, rent only from big companies that have good service reputation. Vira Vira is not really responsible for your rental and you might be renting from a Blue Wave or similar bad company.

May 13th, we are out at sea. Trying to reef main sail we found that the furling lock mechanism does not work. While using furling line, the line snapped. Now we have no main sail.

We spent two days in Blue Wave home base and they ignored our request to send someone to see us. I wonder if now when we are away, if we get any support and after how many days 😟

Viravira.co operates as a marketplace platform connecting guests with boat owners and licensed local charter operators. In this particular case, the yacht was operated by a professional charter company in Greece, and we have remained in continuous contact with the company to ensure that all necessary actions and interventions were carried out in a timely manner.

According to the updates shared with us regarding the issues you reported, for the refrigerator malfunction and food storage situation, it was communicated to us that, in order to prevent the food from spoiling, an alternative solution was offered at the time by placing the food on a neighboring boat. We were also informed that technicians attended the yacht and the refrigerator motor was replaced, and the refrigerator issue was resolved accordingly.

Regarding the gas burner issue, we were informed that a malfunction was reported in one of the burners and that, as a precaution, a full replacement of the kitchen unit was planned and communicated to you. According to the company’s update, the new kitchen unit arrived at Alimos Marina early in the morning; however, since the marina had already been left, the replacement could not be carried out.

If there are any details differing from the information communicated to us, we kindly ask you to share them with us so that the matter can be re-evaluated and the necessary reviews, actions, and where required, measures in line with our platform standards can be considered.

The compensation evaluation will be carried out at the end of the charter, taking into account the full duration of the experience and the operational records from both sides.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to assure you that we continue working towards maintaining a fair and transparent process for all parties involved.

Reprezentatif den memnun olsam da uygulama iyileştirilebilir

Beni Duygu Hanım harika bir şekilde assiste etse de internet sayfanız ve mobil uygulamanız bazı SORUNLAR içeriyor. Bana uygun tekneler liste halinde paylaşıldığında listedeki tekneleri tıkladığında ilgili tekneye ilana gitmiyor. Uygulama daha verimli olabilir düzeltilebilir. Bunun haricinde Duygu Hanım‘dan aldığım hizmetten şu ana kadar çok memnunum, kiralamadan sonra da herhangi bir problem olmazsa sizle çalışmaya devam edeceğim
