generally a good experience with viravira.co. we booked a yacht for a week in Fethiye but the only downside was that the Turkish Airlines campaign could only be used by members which wasn't clear initially. our representative Ece was really easy to talk to and helped us get through the booking process smoothly. we are excited for trip thanks a lot :)

Captain Rudy was very professional in his performance, he used the sails, he helped us know good routes and good places to sail and snorkel, it was a fantastic trip that I would recommend, Ece was very attentive and helped us book the trip and the boat and made everything easy for us

It was the first time with ViraVira. Great organization. Especially communication via WhatApp very useful. We spoke a few times. Always a helpful solution. Highly recommended.

She provided detailed answers to all my inquiries and shared essential information about how Viravira.com works, as well as everything we needed to know about the yacht and our stay. Since it was my first time using viravira.co, her guidance was incredibly helpful. She also supported me during the payment and assisted with applying flight miles campaign. I booked a day charter, my experience was great, thank you!

I was contacted on WhatsApp about joining the online platform, which was submitting boat bookings, was told that all I had to do was complete 40 bookings per day. I did this on the 30/08/24 and withdrew £90. On the 31/08/24 was a completely different story, I had 5 premium bookings, I had to cover the negative amount to get my account balance to zero to carry on submitting. I had to deposit over £5000 which I was assured I would get back as I was told I wouldn’t have another premium booking but I did I had the 5th one and was unable to go any further. I was told by my mentor to ask the live agent for a delay which I did. Slowly over the next few weeks I was paying bits off the balance. Then on the 20/09/24 I was able to pay it off so that I could carry on doing the bookings to get to 40 and withdraw my money, I again asked the live agent about having another premium booking to which I was again assured that I wouldn’t, but I did I had a 6th which was giving a negative balance of £9000+. I spoke to my mentor who said that I had to wait 3 days then ask for a surrender in which they would give me back all the money that I had deposited without any commission - which was fine with me I only wanted my own money back. I waited the 3 days went to ask for the surrender and was told in order to get the surrender I had to pay half of the negative amount which they said was £3600, so I did this as I wanted my money back desperately. Then when I went to withdraw they said I had a credibility score of 75% so I wouldn’t be able to withdraw unless I paid 8000+ usd. They said that this was because so much time had passed between my last booking as it took me a few weeks to pay it off, they said that I hadn’t asked for the delay on my account- but I did ask for it I asked for it to be until the end of the month (September) I got into a chat with the live agent again and they said they will not give me my money back unless I pay yet more money which I don’t have. They then blocked my from accessing my account when I threatened legal action.

My viravira account manager in Turkey Duygu hnm is more than an helpful kind and patient lady who helped me chose the best option for our family blue voyage tour for 2025. Also the application reservation and payment process thru internet is very successfull. This will be my second tour with viravira and hope that will even be better experience than my 2024 tour which was excellent
