Under no circumstances use this company. They are scammers. Items come from China and are very very poor quality. We ordered a foldable picnic stand. The picture shows a nice stand made of some sort of hard wood that has been finished well. We waited 3 weeks for the item and what turned up is frankly fit for the bin. The wood is thin and some sort of cheap pine. It has not been sanded properly and is warped. The stain finish is awful. It says its foldable but you have to screw it together. Well you would do if there were any screws in the box. The unit does not even fit together due to the warping. This item is only fit for the bin. The company say that we have to return it to China at our cost to get a refund. Do not fall for the slick website its all fake. Absolute scammers. Would give negative stars if it was an option.

Update after reply. It says in the reply to this review that you can return to the Netherlands, I presume at my own cost. This however is untrue as when I contact them it has to go back to China. This is cost prohibitive and they know it making it impossible to get a refund. DO NOT USE THEM.

The item took weeks to arrive despite the delivery time they stated on the website. When the item finally arrived (foldable wooden picnic table) it was terrible quality and nothing like the picture. Had to throw away. Avoid this company, complete scam

I never ever write a review but bought a chopping board for £40 and it’s completely faulty. Took weeks to arrive as well. I requested a refund and apparently as it’s gone past the 30 days I can’t get a refund!! But it’s completely faulty, falling apart. Like others said, completely avoid. I don’t know how they are allowed to pose as a European company when it’s a scam.

In response to their response, this was a Christmas present so wasn’t opened until then (3 weeks after delivery) and it fell apart after first use which did fall outside of the 30 days of delivery. 30 days to return (to china) a faulty product is crazy. The life of my product should not be 30 days!

I ordered a onesie for my wife 10 days before for Xmas which I thought would be ample for delivery. Delivery times weren’t clear when i ordered and i should have double checked. Turns out I should have also checked trustpilot first. Products come from China and took over 3 weeks to arrive. The onesie was cheap material and had small ‘bunny ears’ which weren’t displayed on the picture of the product. The product wasn’t cheap in cost so thought it was going to be much better quality. To be fair customer service got back to me fairly quickly but offered me either 20% refund or to return the item to China at my own cost for a full refund. Going to check postage cost before deciding what to do but would never use again. I rarely write reviews but thought I should do to warn others. Avoid!

Une combinaison reçue pour Noël, suivie d'une nouvelle commande d'une autre combinaison et d'une housse de couette en velours...et pour finir, une commande d'une nouvelle housse de couette en velours (commande en cours) : articles de très bonne qualité, excellente gestion des commandes, frais de port gratuits vers la France, délais de livraison tout à fait honorables, rapport qualité/prix excellent...je recommande ☺️

Avoid. Portrayed as French and in fact a Chinese operation that will refuse to give you your money back or pay for a return as required under EU law (they will offer you 20% to "keep it"). Product ( a night gown) I bought looked fabulous on their site (long, lush, thick) and in reality was thin, horrible quality and short. I wouldn't pay €5 for it in a Dollar/Euro store. Avoid at all cost. Go to Penneys.

Absolutely awful experience with this company. Item arrived and is of terrible quality, has weird stain marks all over the wood and they refuse to let me send back the item unless I pay for it to be shipped to Asia (even though this is not the policy they provide on their website).
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Echo everything said on other negative reviews. Extremely poor quality cutlery received, lightweight and poorly made, paid a lot of money for it. Emailed Company to initiate a return, passive aggressive response from 'Clara' ... we will give you 20% refund, keep the items. Return only to Asia address, but please don't, save the environment. Are they for real??? Scammers at the highest level. I have read their Returns Policy and the Asia address is not mentioned. Also the cutlery I bought has weights displayed for each item, Ive put them on scales and they are no where near (less than half) of what they should weigh according to the listing I bought from.

Honest review from both myself and my wife.

The pattern indeed looks like it’s picture on the website however actual item picture quality is really bad. The website picture is obviously a kind of CGI version of the actual item rather than a picture of the item itself. We would have returned the item but the hassle doing this wouldn’t be worth it.

Another disappointing element is that the email asking for a review came through with 4 pictures of a face, if you click on the link for the unhappy/meh face it takes you to the website instead of trust pilot, if you click the happy faces it takes you to trust pilot to leave a review so this is the other reason for only giving a 1 start

Le produit ne correspond absolument pas aux photos du site internet. J'ai reçu un produit vulgaire et moche en plastique qui ne sera jamais exposé dans mon intérieur. Juste bon à faire rire les amis sur ce produit horrible reçu.

I recently tried to return an item purchased through the website. The required me to send them an image showing the item was still in its original package etc... reasonable, however the next email was that I would need to return the item to their central warehouse in Asia per their return policy and not the Netherlands where the company is based. No where on their website does that state that policy and their email to me says those were their terms and conditions I accepted when I purchased. I went back through all of my correspondence with them and none of the exchanges or purchase confirmation state that either. They offered to me to keep the item and get a 20% refund as an alternative and as a way to reduce the global environmental footprint. This company is a joke

Enquired about a golden cutlery set, the support representative told me they were dishwasher safe. Purchased the 30-piece set to use over Christmas (a total of three times) and hand washed them anyway to be extra careful. The wood effect vinyl is already peeling away from some of the pieces revealing yellow underneath. I reached out to customer support as they'd asked me for a review and sent photos. They basically just responded with 'sorry for the inconvenience caused and thanks for the feedback'. No offer of replacement or refund, no resolution.

Pros: the items do arrive

Cons: I now have loads of extremely cheap-looking utensils that I can either dispose of or use until they're unbearable to look at.

Si je le pouvais, je mettrais moins 10 étoiles ! Le colis est arrivé 10 jours en retard avec non seulement de la casse, mais des choses manquantes.

Quand j’ai écrit pour le retour, on me répond qu’on peut me rembourser 20% uniquement, et seulement de l’article abîmé. Je ne peux même pas retourner le reste.

Rapport qualité prix plus que médiocre.
