Terrible
Wish I had read the reviews first. Definitely a con company. The table picnic set is cheap and tawdry looking. The quality isn’t as good as one of those punch out 3D building sets for kids. It’s splintery, unvarnished and very thin. And it was so expensive.

Fake company using false advertiig and…
Fake company using false advertiig and pictures. Ordered an Orange lamp ONLY to be sent a Red Lamp which had finger prints all over it and was cheap plastc with and a sliver button unlike the image on the site.Not happy at all. Avoid at all costs.!! I have contacted their Customer Service and am awaiting response. I will not pay for a refund for a wrong product sent.

Never received my order and no refund
After 3 weeks still did not receive what I ordered. The tracking link first showed updates and now says the delivery cannot be found. After a first email reply from customer service where they told me to wait, I tried to write them again and now the email is undeliverable...looks like I got scammed

Do not order from them!!!! I paid £40 for what looked like a lovely picnic table, it turned up and it’s terrible quality. I had emailed them so many times as it took so long to arrive, and it kept bouncing back. Now I am unable to get a return!

Great products for reasonable prices
Great products for reasonable prices - ordered a rug. The delivery was longer than I anticipated though, but, given i ordered just after Christmas, I didn't take into account that deliveries just before and after New Year would be slightly longer.

You will 100% regret it, your choice. I brought a pair of lamps that were supposed to be metal with crystal. They turned up and immediately I could see the quality was low and not as described, turned out the “crystal” was actually acrylic. Even the dimensions were not as described on the website. I then found the exact same lamps sold on Amazon 10 x cheaper (seriously) . They've basically created a fashionable brand name so it looks chic but sell the cheap junk you can buy elsewhere for a
Fraction of the price. They offered a refund but then I would have to pay for this to china which is madness. I then made it clear that I would take legal action if nothing was sorted. Rather than them fighting the case to prove me wrong, if they are right, they came back with a 50% refund back which I accepted and I’d keep the lamps.
Which I could have still got cheaper at Amazon. What a nightmare this place is . Don’t risk it. You will buy and regret and wish you’d listened to the many reviews on here who warned you. Stay away please

If it were possible to give less than…
If it were possible to give less than one star, I would.
The company advertises itself as being based in the Netherlands, which may be true, but the products are shipped from China. As a result, delivery takes several weeks, something that is not made clear at the point of purchase.
I ordered a bathroom shelf and specifically checked before ordering whether it required screws. I was assured that it did not and that it came with adhesive suitable for firmly attaching the shelf to the wall. When the item finally arrived, it was extremely poor quality and very flimsy. To make matters worse, the instructions were provided only in Mandarin, requiring me to have them translated.
After following the translated instructions exactly, the shelf fell off the wall within an hour, damaging the items placed on it. The product was clearly not fit for purpose.
I raised a complaint, but after a lengthy back-and-forth, the best resolution offered was a 50% refund. Returning the item for “assessment” would have cost more than it was worth, and I a full refund was unlikely because the shelf only failed once I attempted to use it. This left me feeling scammed, a poor-quality, unusable product, and the company still retaining half the payment.
I very rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel strongly that others should be warned about the quality of the products and the company’s handling of complaints.
My advice would be to avoid at all costs!

Nothing about this company is genuine
This company are using fake photos to sell cheap products. They will ask you to return the product to their warehouse in Asia at your own expense, or offer you a small discount to avoid unnecessary returns. They are scammers and should be avoided.
