A complete scam
I can only echo the other negative reviews. I ordered a wooden picnic table from them, it took weeks to be delivered and was of terrible quality, nothing like the photos (it was essentially chipboard).
They offered a 50% refund (after some negotiation) or a full refund minus shipping costs to the Netherlands. As they are Chinese based (which isn't clear), it is difficult legally to pursue any more than this.
I will give them credit and say that they tricked me hook, line and sinker and that someone, somewhere has a fantastic scam going. I will be doing what I can and reporting them to trading standards in the UK. Take your business elsewhere and do not be fooled by the AI generated images like I was.

Undelivered item, yet no refund
The parcel was undelivered by Evri and returned to sender, but the company still refused to refund the item. Very poor customer service when trying to deal with them, and a, quite frankly, insane policy

Absolute scam. Ordered an item from this company and when it came it looked nothing like the original image. Was total tat. Tried to return and offered a pathetic partial refund like many others on here. Avoid this company.

I had a similar experience to the other reviewers; ordered the foldable picnic table online as it looked lovely. When it arrived it is awful quality, with errors in the wood stain ALL over.
At the time, Virelle Maison's own returns policy outlined that items not matching the description on their website would be fully refunded and the cost of return postage covered by the company (**note that the wording has now changed on the website, luckily I screen shotted it at the time of delivery)
When I raised the complaint, as with everyone else, I was offered either a partial, 20% refund or cover the cost of returning the item to China (which would have been more than the cost of the item)
I argued with them until they offered a 50% refund, refusing to accept this, I have now escalated this to Trading Standards.
This is a clever scam, from a company based in China, selling tat. UK consumer Law protects us from companies like this.
If you have been scammed by Virelle Maison, raise a complaint through Trading Standards and the Citizens Advice bureau and they will help you further.

Failed returns
Item had no issues but I returned it as it wasn't needed anymore. I shipped the item to the return address, but the delivery failed as virelle Maison said the address must be incorrect.
They provided the address and shipping instructions. The return has failed due to the instructions provided and now i will need to pay for another shipment.
