Ordered an apron for my mums christmas present early november as knew it was coming from abroad supposedly the netherlands but i believe its come from china based on the poor quality. On the website it states it is waterproof it doesnt feel so. The tie is far too short you can barely tie it for an adult which it is supposedly for. Yes its past its 30 day refund as it was bought as a christmas present. They have offered me 30% off another order but its no use to me as it doesnt fit my mum. So now going to have to order from somewhere else. I have looked online and this apron seems to be on amazon for £6.99 as a two pack from china! It seems this company are pretending to be a european company charging x3 more than they should and arent bothered about people commenting on the poor quality and false advertising of their products. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

Entreprise de dropshipping qui se permet d’afficher des fausses photos de l’article qui, une fois réceptionné, n’y ressemble pas du tout ! J’ai payé cette lampe 40€ alors que la même est vendue 10€ sur AliExpress ! En plus les délais de livraison ne sont pas respectés. Moi qui croyais commander auprès d’une coquette boutique je suis tellement déçue … j’attends mon remboursement !

Ménagère achetée pour un cadeau, très déçu et très surpris de recevoir les couverts en vrac dans un simple carton à moitié écrasé avec simplement du papier bulle autour! et très surpris que le coffret de rangement ne soit par fourni avec au regard du prix payé.

Bon expérience mais un retard de livraison, et une arrivée après Noël, dommage.

Le plaid est très beau, dommage que la livraison ait mis près de 10 jours : il s’agissait d’un cadeau qui devait être offert le 24/12. C’était quelque peu gênant. Je ne l’ai reçu que le 26/12.

The website MUST be made up of photos lifted from other good quality websites! TOTAL scam!
Was first offered 30% off next purchase.. you must be joking!
Now settled for a 30% refund… SCAMMERS!
Im so cross with myself… the table wasn’t cheap either!

Ordered the picnic table - other reviews can tell you about the poor quality.
Worryingly, they don't stick to their ts and Cs and contravene the consumer rights act. I am currently in a 3 week long battle to get a full refund.
Steer clear from this company but also fight for a refund if you have been affected.

Le produit (une poubelle de bureau en plastique rose) est joli et original. L'entreprise garde le contact. Le transport est long : je croyais que cela viendrait des Pays-Bas mais selon les étiquettes cela est venu de Chine...

Arnaque totale. A la vue du site, on pense avoir des produits de qualité, en fait ce sont des produits "made in china" vendus à prix d'or. Alors que l'emballage extérieur du colis était intact, la boite en carton à l'intérieur contenant un set d'ustensiles de cuisine était dans un état déplorable, traces d'humidité et de scotch. Elle avait donc été envoyée comme ceci. Le pot en plastique censé contenir les ustensiles est cassé, le fond est parti. Parmi les ustensiles, le fouet tout "riquiqui" et entièrement plastique prête à rire. En plus, délais d'expédition très longs, impossible de retourner le colis avant Noël, d'autant plus que je doute d'être remboursée....
Bref, ne vous laissez pas avoir comme moi !

It took 3 weeks for the product to be delivered, quality was terrible and arrived damaged.
When i looked for a refund and a prepaid return ticket they declined.

On their returns policy this is stated clearly that they will provide a full refund and a prepaid returns ticket.

When i state this to them via email they totally ignore me and offer a 50% discount, return it to asia at my own expense which is crazy money or a replacement clock. The clock is so cheaply made and terrible quality for the price i paid.

Avoid this company - I ordered three picnic tables for Christmas presents and the quality is terrible, the products I received are clearly not the same as the picture. I’m very disappointed and I can see from other reviews there is no point trying to send them back.
