The customer service was very helpful whilst i was waiting for jy delivery.
The delivery was considerably slower than expected.

Ordered the Folding picnic table it was nothing like the website images. Light weight poor quality avoid this item. It comes from China not Europe. They did offer me a partial refund or full if I posted it back to china at my expense. No reviews on the website so I would advise to avoid this company.
I got 50% refund so they make money out of you this way.

Took nearly 3 weeks for delivery, turns out its a Chinese retailer posing as European. Products are very low quality, poorly made Chinese imports. Avoid.

The product delivered (foldable mini picnic table) was of such poor quality that it can't possibly be gifted to anyone. It will have to go in the bin - the wood is cheap, thin, stained and chipped. The company offered me a 20% discount or send it back to Asia at my cost (I see I am not the only one scammed here). Completely charlatans who are profiting off selling cheap crap for high prices and then buying unhappy customers off with insulting refund offers which clearly still keeps them in profit.
DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

Like many I ordered in good faith, unaware that they ship (and probably operate, as everything about their website is a lie) from China. I ordered a folding picnic table as a Xmas gift. It looks nothing like the picture - it is cheap lightweight wood like you get in jigsaws - and has to be assemble and screwed together without instruction or even a picture - just a clear plastic bag of bits. They don’t adhere to their returns policy and insist it is returned to China at your cost which is more than the cost of the item - this is contra to their own returns policy as they have admitted that the item is not as described. I was offered 20% refund, which I refused, then 30% refund which I also refused. After reminding them of the Consumer Rights Act they offered me 50% refund and to keep the item (guess it will do as expensive kindling!). So my advice - firstly, don’t buy from them, and secondly, if you have been ripped off already then stick to your guns and don’t accept their first offers of partial refunds. I’ve ‘tapped out’ at 50% as I feel if I did get them to pre-pay the return to China they’d just say there was nothing wrong with it on receipt - refund is only processed after they’ve ‘verified’ the return qualifies for a refund! So, for me, £20 refund is probably as good as it will get. I am yet to receive the refund, so fingers crossed!

Ordered a folding picnic table as a Christmas gift. It was completely mis-sold. The material and thickness were different. The quality was terrible. To get a refund, I would have had to ship it back to Asia, which would have cost me more money and probably it would never arrive, so I settled for a 20% refund. Lesson learnt- people do mis-sell things; they take your money, and there isn’t much you can do about it.

Avoid this company. I ordered a tea pot that came poorly packaged and cost me 65 euros. The item received is a cheap alternative from China and probably costs less than 15 euros, you won’t get the quality for your money. I wish I just ordered from Amazon.

Fantastic item. Brought as a Christmas present for my grandson. I’m sure he’ll love it!
My only gripe and it is a very small one is that the item could have been packaged internally better

The whiskey tumblers are lovely but I need to get a box to put both glasses in so they can be wrapped and given as a gift. The tumblers were wrapped in polystyrene which is unsuitable. Can you please help me to get a suitable box. I would be happy to pay for the box and for the delivery before Friday 19th December 2025.

The product arrived safely and was well packaged. I wasn't expecting quite as much assembly - I think that could be made clearer on the product description. The delivery time was also quite slow, over two weeks. I'm not convinced the product is quite as premium as it looked in the pictures but it seems decent enough quality.

Scam company! The glass I ordered arrived today and I must say…what a disappointment it is! The box it arrived in was battered beyond belief, I’m surprised the glass wasn’t broken! It also had a Chinese label on it, you do not state on your website your items are from China!

The glass is such poor quality, this was a gift for my mums 70th and I am too embarrassed to give it to her! I have ordered again from a uk company which I hope will be more reliable than you! Your website is very misleading but well done because you must scam a lot of people!

I was expecting a kettle with cups as it is described on thé web site but thé cups were missing when I received thé parcel. I made contact with the customer service, they apologized at first saying they would send the cups but finally changed their mind. The description is wrong, the cups are sold seperately but they would be happy to send me a link to order them! The kettle is cute but quite small, it is not worth the price

Just received the product described as a foldable wooden picnic table. Very disappointed, the product does not resemble the photos on the website. Compared to the photos the actual wood is thinner and inferior in quality. The assembled table is not foldable, as described, and is held together by 4 flimsy screws driven into thin softwood sections. Overall this product is cheap Chinese tat, avoid this website!!

Just received the product a foldable wooden picnic table. Very disappointed, the product does not resemble the photos on your web. The wood looks far inferior and thinner than expected, and there are only two very flat food compartments as opposed to four shown on photo. Described as foldable but unsure how this would be done unless you had a screw driver available!! Overall very poor product.

When the item arrived it was nothing like the item and did not match what I expected. Also extremely poor quality and cheap. When I questioned this I was offered a partial refund of 20% or send the item back to Asia!! (China). I pushed harder and was offered 50% which I declined and told them I’d send the goods back! Cost of return £23.50!!!! The item was bought for £40. I would avoid this company as they do not deliver what you expect, just cheap Chinese rubbish and they are not based in the Netherlands as stated on website!! I agree with the other reviewers who had the same experience AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Goods are now in the bin 😡
