I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I ordered a charcuterie board as a gift and when it arrived was obviously not the artisan product advertised. When I emailed them to express my dissatisfaction they offered a 20% refund and keep the item or I could return it to China for a full refund but I cover the costs.

All their contact information on the website directs to them being based in The Netherlands and when I expressed this was very misleading and essentially an item from Temu there was no response only offering me the same solution.

I don’t recommend you buy from here as it is not the good quality item you believe.

Like other reviews I was very disappointed with this product - nothing like as advertised. what arrived was cheap rubbish. Stay away from this company.

Scammed my elderly mother just before Christmas.

She bought a gift, that when arrived was a cheap knock-off, not fit for purpose, that looked nothing like the image advertised.

Despite their own policy, displayed on their website, listing that they offer full refunds for incorrect or defective products with shipping costs covered, they refused and are continuing to argue this.

Their business also appears to be based in China rather than the Netherlands as advertised, as that is where they wish to have their faulty products returned to at the customers' expense.

Avoid at all costs.

Currently trying to report this business as operating illegally.

When the item arrived it was nothing like the item and did not match what I expected. Also very poor quality and cheap. When I questioned this I was offered a partial refund of 20% or send the item back to Asia!! (China). I pushed harder as I felt this was not fair and they offered 30% partial refund or send item back to Asia. The item was bought with a visa card but only £40 so could not use section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, As the item I felt was mis-sold. Their terms and refund policy should refund me in full but they don't want to do that. I would avoid this company as they do not deliver what your expect, just cheap Chinese rubbish. I agree with the other reviewer who had the same experience.

I brought the cutlery set for my son and daughter in law. It looks nice in the gold box. Im pretty sure they will be delighted with this for xmas.

Articles reçus et non conformes à la description notifiée sur le site Virelle Maison.
Les lampes cheval et chat sont en matière plastique de résine et non en verre teinté coloré comme indiqué sur la description des articles sur le site et sont de très petites taille !
Mail envoyé à Virelle Maison qui en fait se situe en CHINE et qui me propose après 3 échanges un remboursement de 50% de mon achat de 71,91 € alors que sur leur conditions de retour il est indiqué que si les articles n'étaient pas conforme à la description c'est un remboursement total donc avec le retour et remboursement à leur frais.
Je suis très déçue de ce site et ne commanderai plus jamais !

Cheap quality item. Came direct from China. They made it sound impractical to return so I had to settle for a partial refund. I would not order from this company. Likely to be Chinese
