I would give them a zero if it was available they are horrible. I've been waiting since March for payments and they find every excuse in the book to keep from giving you what they owe you. I still haven't got paid and the bbb does nothing to help.

I am waiting many months to be compensated for The medical surveys that I have already completed and have left many messages with the phone that is never answered on their website and have sent many messages via the link that is provided in their website as well. I don’t think I will ever be paid with the over $500 that I have coming for the time that I’ve spent doing their online telephonic interviews and how this company got a 2.5 on trust pilot is beyond me.

I wish zero was an option. They’ve owed me payment for two different studies for over a year.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Still awaiting over 1K in payments some dating back to 2022. They all currently have an approved status as of July 24, 2024, but remain in "processing." Do not take any surveys with this company as you will not be compensated for your time. Have reached out several times and the response is always that they have escalated my concerns, but it has not been resolved.

Terrible as Virtue Research does not pay after completion of an interview. Their policy is to wait a minimum of 16 weeks when Virtue Research decided their work is complete on the “Study”. After 16 weeks I have to remind them to pay me. Everyone who participates in any group on FaceBook needs to post this alert informing members of Virtue Research’s restrictive policy contained in the legal agreements.

Procedures for doing a study are ok. Participants likely include people scrambling for some bucks. Like the other review posted here I note that they pay VERY late, compared to similar research company experience. They are now about 15 to 17 weeks out, after the time they say a study is "completed", which is often 30 to 40 days after you do the interview session. It's likely the company is hurting financially so they make use of the cash to pay other bills before participants. Also possible they do accounting & processing manually instead of by computer. After check actually written they sit on it for 10-11 days, then mail it. Risky proposition, but you can try if you have a med issue for study & willing to risk not getting paid at all if they go under.

I participated in a user research study with Virtue Research. It's been four months and I am still not paid for my efforts. I contacted them about it after about two months of the completion of study. They said they pay in 12-14 weeks after the project closure on April 1st. After 14 weeks passed from April 1, and the payment was still not sent! I contacted them again and this time they said it's been only 10 weeks now, not 14.

So basically:

1) they don't communicate the payment timelines upfront
2) only when you contact them, you learn about the project closure date (not when YOU completed the project but when the WHOLE project closes)
3) they pay VERY late (14 weeks after project closure?? I wonder if they would be willing to get their salaries 14 weeks after they worked?)
4) AND the payment date is fluid, it keeps on moving even after 14 weeks have passed!

At this point I lost my trust in them. It's extremely annoying and frustrating that a big company can be so lackluster with its communication and payments.
