Very poor service of Nadra they are corrupt, lier , they are doing nothing just cheating ...I live in USA I had applied for NICOP they had taken fees in advance which was non refundable.App for finger print doesn't work and alternate process is so difficult and complicated , why it is difficult ? they made it complicated and difficult so they can rob people. Still Iam trying to get my refund I couldn't contact them , there is chat option but they do not chat , these fraudulent people do not reply. There are some positive remarks about them, but they are false I think they wrote excellent reviews by themself.

Very quick and easy. As the consulate is almost 500 kms away, e-visa is the way to go.

Got our visit visas granted within 2 working days of applying. I was having some trouble initially uploading my sons photograph but the team assisted with sorting out the technical issue. They were very quick at replying to my concern about error in uploading the photo. I was expecting long processing time reading the reviews but well done Nadra.

Used to be good but currently, it is not working. Looks like the site is been hacked. I applied for the visa, but the application was canceled. No reason was given and now they are saying to apply at your own risk. The payment I made for the visa is showing an address in Mexico

This never happed before. In the end, I will go to the local embassy to get my visa. Stay away from them, SCAM

Piece of trash website. Have tried to upload 20 different pictures according to guidelines but still it says unable to detect face. Is your system that stupid. Fix your stupid website.

This is the worst platform to use for visa application. It has been more than four months that I have applied for visa, I have not received any updates neither denial nor approval. Their customer service is even worse than their platform, they hang up the call without listening to your concern or question. My visa application is still in process.

Very well organised services. Online service is extremely easy to use and so efficient that sometimes it's hard to believe their services. Got certificates within 24 hours of application.

Emails come with returned NoReply poor service. There is no way to contact them other than costly phone calls that are also not guaranteed. No idea how to get my money back as they cleverly charge in full before the start of the application. My son's application is deferred and I would like to cancel and request a refund but no way to communicate with them. There are private companies that are thriving because of Nadra's poor service. People in the UK are most busy with their work and cannot waste time completing the funny requirements. I am totally lost in the procedure and hopeless. I wish I never had to pay them.

Very great and fast online nadra system. I apple poc from europe at home om mobile phone. Its was very easy and helpful. With in 1 month i got poc card. Thank you nadra and nadra team.

I have heard that those ppl who are working for the goverment in Pakistan are haramkhoor and rishwatkhoor.. and now I have expierencd! It is!! Pakistan just show the world that they have law and rules.. but thats just to showoff!! I am waiting for visa extension for like 4 months!! Paid for overstay.. have submitted everything they needed… but no update yet!!! They dont want the online system! They just want money from ppl who are majboor and eat from haram! Really disgusting!!!! They are there just for money!! Like the whole goverment from A to Z

NADRA is living in 1950s because they still need finger prints on piece of paper for renewal of ID card and Passports.. The world has reached Mars but we are still putting ink on our fingers and pressing them against a paper so NADRA can know that we are real and not stealing someone's identity. As if, stealing the identity of a Pakistani matter.. Quaid-e-Azam will be rolling in this grave.. :((((((

Refused visa without any reason. And tried to contact them but they not respond to email or phone. if there is no information provided how we prepare for reapply. Needs improvement. Now again i submited my application and waiting for the response. I not know what was wrong with previous application.
