Shoutout to Vistaprint and Louie in customer service... quick to answer my call, quick to answer my questions and provided extra tips to help in future. Vistaprint gets the job done, but the best part is being able to pick up the phone and get help from a person.

I made a book for my husband for his first Father’s Day and used Vistaprint to print it. After submitting the design, I went back into it a couple of days later to have a look and realised that some of the letters had been cut off because of the boarder (my fault that I did not see it before submitting it).

Desperately trying to fix it, I attempted to edit the design myself and also reached out to customer service. Louie promptly replied and assisted me with the process. He was kind, patient, and polite throughout, and made what could have been a stressful situation quick and easy to resolve.

I really appreciated his help and the excellent customer service. Thank you, Louie, for making the process so much easier!

Louie was very helpful and answered all my questions. My editing problem was sorted so I was able to complete my DL flyer.

I use Vista print quite a bit. At one point recently some of my previous designs would no longer open which was a nuisance as it take time to recreate them. Then when I'd re-made them, the previews in the site weren't matching so I contacted the helpdesk to ask which preview was accurate, so I could place my designs correctly. The helpdesk person gave an inaccurate answer and my designs arrived wrong. At that point I would have rated them at one star, but I decided to call the support desk and explain, and they not only fixed and replaced my print items, but also took the time to understand what the problem with the website design previews was, and it seems to have been fixed now. So given this experience I think they've earned 5 stars, but I dropped it by one because some people might not have time to do the amount of troubleshooting and explaining that I was able to do.
It's a shame these are printed in Aussie rather than NZ. Freight is quick though.

I chatted online with a designer named Edwin Arnel V. Edwin was extremely helpful with editing my business cards and solved the problems I was having with my design.

Thank you for listening to the issue and offering to correct the problem immediately - no finger pointing - but a practical solution was absolutely awesome!

I had an excellent customer support experience with both Gene and Louie.

They were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Gene especially took the time to carefully review my feedback, explain the print details clearly, and proactively help improve the final design and finish.

The level of support from both Gene and Louie was genuinely impressive and has given me confidence to continue using Vista for future printing requirements.

Over the past few months, I’ve ordered approximately five photo books and found the overall quality to be average. The most recent book had visible marks and poor binding; although it was replaced, the replacement had similar issues, albeit less pronounced. A refund was ultimately issued.

My complaint was handled by an individual identifying themselves as “Princess Karen,” which did little to inspire confidence in the company’s professionalism.

I needed to make a urgent change to my order and the team were super helpful. They got back to me within 12 hours from sending a message - which I was so thankful for, but Mitzi went above and beyond and got my order changed and rearranged for the updated products to be sent out. No back and forth needed, she saw the requested change I asked for and got straight onto it.

I've been a long time customer of Vistaprint ordering things for my small business. I uploaded a new design for a business card. It was not loading properly so that there would be no white edging showing. So, I paid $10 to have their designer fix this. I was told by the person who steered me to have their designer do this for me that I would get a copy of the card once it was completed. THEY LIED!!!

I have filed an official complaint with their senior leadership and the only response I get is a PDF with images of the card with a big watermark across the front which is not what I asked for. I was planning on placing a large order with them but now I am at a point where I will never do business with them again if they do not refund my money. The charge was only $10 but it is not about the $10. It is about the lie they told me to get them to do this and the fact that now I still do not have business cards on order. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card if they do not refund my money~!

I will go with someone else. There are PLENTY of companies out there I can take my business elsewhere!

Great customer service from Louie today, simply outstanding. It's been a long time since I received such professional helpful advice. He went above and beyond and is a credit to Vistaprint.

Hannah Faye H designed a pull up banner for our business in a matter of minutes and did all the amendments quickly and made good suggestions along the way. I was really impressed with the end results

I ordered 250 business cards and designed my own. The software was easy to use and the finished product was excellent quality! I'm absolutely stoked with the results.

Until this week, my experience with Vistaprint has been completely great. I designed a t shirt, followed the instructions and with no explanation have had it cancelled.

The first time, they stated their was something wrong with my debit card. Tried again, made sure their was enough money and still the same result, cancelled.

I purchased a "Large drawstring bag" on vista print and it arrived and was incorrect size, colour and material.

I received a drawstring bag that is 65x45 and on the website it says 67x47.

I contacted vista print and they said they would send a replacement that would be correct

I received the replacement and it was the exact same product i received originally

The photo on the website is not the same as what i received in terms of the colour and size.

I hope no one can experience these issues as vista print would not send the correct product, extremely upsetting and misleading
