Very fast delivery. Good price for a high quality mouthwash. It is difficult to get hold so I ordered a pack of six Euthymol and I am so glad I found this company.

Next day delivery might take a few days.
I don’t know if having Evri do their deliveries is a recent change but previously, the next day delivery was reliable.
My last order, placed at 17:15 on a Tuesday, notified shortly after of my order dispatch, arrived Friday evening.
An order a few weeks earlier, took 4 days to arrive.

Please pack heavy items in a suitably sturdy box. My order of 6 x 750ml bottles of liquid soap had been packaged in a flimsy cardboard box which had fallen apart by the time the delivery driver left it outside my door. Also most of the bottles had leaked as the tops were lose - they need to be tightened and secured with sellotape before dispatch

Utterly Awful 😢 wrong item sent.. called in, emailed sent a message on their chat. Still not resolved a week later they are asking me to send the pictures to PROOVE this. Sent a week ago on their chat day by me. Won't use again. I have spent a lot of my time trying to sort this out. NICE REPLY BUT MEANINGLESS. CALLED EMAILED BEEN SENT TWO RETURN CODES THAT DO NOT WORK. OFFERED A REFUND BUT NOT MANIFESTED.

I had an issue with my purchase, I called the company, the call was answered quick and handled well. They fixed the issue and called me back promptly so I could continue with my purchase. Items were dispatched and delivered quickly. Good prices too.
