Daniel Wells’ customer service has been extraordinary! Dan has such a lovely way about him, has always clearly explained any work he has had to carry out and answered the multitude of questions I’ve had, without any frustration. His time keeping is spot on, unlike other experiences I’ve had with engineers!

Our Daughter has just moved into a new flat with the Vital Energi system and this is not something we had experienced before. I called their customer service and got straight through to a human and didn't have to hold for hours listening to how my call was important. Hannah explained the whole system and how it works, she even organised for an engineer to visit and complete a FREE service !!!

We had Daniel Wells turn up and essentially fix the problem and offer us help and guidance all within a very short amount of time. He was friendly, efficient, professional and put us at ease and educated us on how to fix problem if they arise in the future. Top bloke who I couldn’t recommend more highly 👍🏼

Dan was amazing!! Came all the way from Chelmsford to SE5. Called me in advance to arrange timings and query the issue. Was punctual and very informative. Fixed the issue and explained it to me. Shame he’s not a local engineer for me- highly recommend him:)

Daniel Wells fixed my heating system/pressure issue quickly and explained the process as he went along, was extremely helpful and I have piece of mind now knowing if another issue comes up, he’d be the man to go to.

The engineer who attended to fix the issue with the heater, Daniel Wells, was very knowledgeable and polite. He went above and beyond to resolve the problem quickly, causing minimal disruption to our daily routine. He kindly explained all the nuances and provided relevant health and safety information.

Daniel Wells has been amazing in fixing a problem that I have had with my heating and hot water for 2 years!
I had been recommended by other residents in my block to contact Daniel/Vital Energi after we have all experienced issues for the last few years.
Not only was Daniel promptly onsite, he was able to explain what the issue was and was back to carry out the repairs in a couple of days - exactly when he said he would. He quickly worked to fix the issues and provided me with an easy to understand PDF guide to how the heating and hot water system works within my flat - that Daniel has created himself!

Daniel Wells came and fixed my boiler today. He was very helpful, explaining everything that he had done. He was quick and clean and tidy.

There was an out of hours emergency in my flat and Vital Energi engineer (Daniel Wells) was sent to attend to it. Before Daniel came he called to ensure he understands the problem and what he can do to help. He asked for photos and all information we could give him. It turned out that he can't help BUT he didn't stop there. He offered an advice and followed up with his supervisors to ensure Vital Energi can attend to the job another day, regardless. Daniel was more than helpful, informative and extremely kind and understanding. Other people would probably forget about the issue once they get off the phone but he decided to show compassion in an difficult situation and help out as much as he could. I can't be more grateful for the excellent service and also thanks to Sean who actually came in and fixed the issue. Well done guys!
